IPhone 5 has been acting strange, could it have been hacked?

Okay so I have an IPhone 5 and it goes through stages where the battery acts funky. It will say I have 90% battery and the go down to 40% and just chill there for awhile. Or sometimes it will be at like 45% battery (or less sometimes) and just shut off out of no where and won't turn back on because it's "dead". Then I will put it on the charger and it will start back up again with like 50% battery all of the sudden. I have not updated to IOS 7 yet. Still have the old one going so maybe that has something do with it?
Also, I sent my mom a text message and it sent to her wrong. It was a kind of long message, so maybe that's why? Instead of what I actually wrote, at the end it sent "He just needs to keep his mouth shut!" Which isn't even close to what I wrote. I've also got a few texts from weird numbers so I'm kind of nervous. I check my bank and stuff on my phone, don't want it hacked. Thoughts and solutions would be appreciated! Thank you!

How to completely delete/hide music off Iphone?

I have an iPhone 5 with the ios7 update. I'm wondering how I delete music completely off my phone. I have turned off iTunes match and when I go into "songs" on the music app on my phone I swipe to delete but they don't dissapear. If I do not have them downloaded there is a cloud thing next to the song, I just want to hide or delete all the music I dont want on my phone off. Help please!

I dropped my iphone in the bath is there a chance there is no water damage?

I dropped my phone in the bath tonight and I turned if off straight away and put it in rice and when I took the sim card out I noticed that there was no red mark does that mean I've been lucky that my phone has no water damage and I checked it 6 hours later still no red mark

Do I Share My AT&T Data Usage With My Family?

So my mom just sent me a text saying that I wen't over my 3G AT&T cellular data usage. Now, thats IMPOSSIBLE because as soon as I got a message saying I used 90% of my data, I wen't to my phone settings, and disabled cellular data; from that point on, I didn't go on the internet unless I was over Wi-Fi (the iPhone5s wouldn't let me, which is good). I was curious, could my mom have gone on the internet over 3G with our possibly SHARED data plan? Like, just for an example, I use 50% of my data, then she uses 20%, then my Dad uses 25%, then my Mom uses 5%, even after I get a message saying that I'm 90% over the usage, and I disable cellular data? Please tell me, thanks.

IPhone advanced website data?

So me and my fiancé where trying to look for settings on his phone, I had a look for him an came across iPhone website data this showed a list of websites and had adult friend finder on there:( although it wasn't in his normal history. I asked him if he had been on it an he said no. But why was this in his advanced website data?

Tempered glass screen protector for iphone 5s?

I am thinking about buying a tempered glass screen protector for my new iphone 5s. I was just wondering, if i will still be able to effectively use the fingerprint function?
I see lots of people adding on a home button sticker. I'm guessing it's because the screen protector makes it harder to press the home button.

I.OS 5 doesnt want to update to iOS 6.1.3?

I recently got an iPhone 4 but it has the older version of iOS 5.i want to update it to iOS 7 but first i have to update it to iOS 6.1.3. I tried to do that amd it says 'verifying update' and then after a while it says, 'veryfying the update could not be done because you are no longer connected to the internet'.But i am connected to the WIFI that i have at home. Any help please?
