Stolen laptop but I know the number of who stole it?!

Okay I left my laptop on the airplane and forgot about it built he next day. I went back to the airlines to ask if anyone had returned it. No luck. I used the find my iphone app to locate the macbook and left a number on the screen. Someone then texts me and says that they have it and will ship it because we are in different state. It's been a couple weeks now and still nothing in the mail. No answers or texts from them anymore. I was wondering what any of you would do in this situation? Should I involve the cops since I have the number?

How many stamps do I need for this package?

I'm mailing a large envelope but since its not flat its a small parcel. I used 7 49 cent stamps. The package contains a iPhone and its charger so it should weigh 9 oz at the most. I live in Ohio and the package is to go to new York so not very far. So is 7 stamps enough?

My iPhone won't charge past 5% Help?!

MY iPhone 4s was fine, until tonight, mid-charge I noticed that it wasn't charging. I at first thought it was the Apple Charging chord, but when I tried a perfectly new one, it didn't work also. I am trying to charge it using my computer, but it once again not charging. I need to know if my iPhone is damage in any way, and if so; what actions can I take in fixing my iPhone.

Should I buy a ps4 or wait and buy the iPhone 6?

I am a very active gamer but I haven't bought any next gen consoles. But I'm considering to buy one since there are a lot of new cool game titles coming out on either console. But, I'm also eager to buy an iPhone 6. I am currently an android user but I'm going to change to apple. To all of you out there, don't give me answers like, "Omg, why would you change to an iPhone? Android is so much better!" Please… I am sick of my android device and want to try something new. I am killed between these two products. Please do leave some suggestion. :)

My iPhone 5s died and won't charge! Help?

I had my relatively new iPhone 5s attached to my laptop and charging, with the flashlight on. The computer kept telling me that the phone was taking up too much power and kept stopping the charging process. I fell asleep and when I woke up, my phone had run out of battery (presumably while the flashlight was on).
For some reason, I can't charge it now. When I connect it to my computer, I get the same notification that the phone is using too much power, even when my computer is connected to a wall charger itself.
When I charge the phone directly from a wall outlet, it doesn't charge. Instead it displays the attached image, with the red part flashing.
I don't know why the phone isn't charging. Have I broken it by accidentally leaving the flashlight on for too long? Please help me out here. Thanks in advance!

Added (1). My ex-boyfriend was able to get into my account through apple using my apple id and password… He could read all of my text messages including deleted ones. I want to know how he did it?

My iPhone 5 dies extremely fast?

I have an iPhone 5 that I pretty much only use while it's connected to the charger it dies anywhere from 90-100% it barely goes lower than that before it dies. I can usually wait a couple minutes and turn it on again but then it dies even quicker than before. Anyone know the problem? Do I need to replace the battery or what? And how much does it cost to get a new battery? Thanks. Oh and it's blacklisted I don't know if that makes a difference
