How many iphone6 I can have with me through customer?

I am going to Europe, and I have 3 iPhone 6 for my friend and parents. So what is the maximum number of having in order to pass the custom in USA and EUROPE? I appreciate it so much!

What's going on with my iPhone 5S?

Been having issues lately. Will rarely read my finger to unlock the screen, sometimes the text message volume will be incredibly loud when I only have it set on volume 1 and my battery dies all the time. It will go from 40% to 12% instantly but the second I plug it in, it's back at 34%. I've let the phone die completely and have done a recharge, I never charge it overnight, I've deleted all my fingerprints and re-added them. Nothing is helping and I can't figure out what is going on.

Added (1). i got an iphone 6 from a friend and it will not work without a SIM card it says it does not have one- so i cannot activate it

where would i buy one of these? I cant find any hints online but im sure i have to go to a sprint store (ect.)

Should I buy the iPhone 5s or iPhone 6? Help?!

So I have the iPhone 4G for almost 2 and half years. I'm planning to change it due to some disorders in like:
-kicking me out of the app.
-freezes, out of nowhere.
-screenshot lots of times doesn't.
-what's app freezes for like 3-5 minutes
-it became a slow after upgrading it to iOS 7.
-twitter and Email stopped working and I tried to fix them. Nothing changed.
-IMessage isn't working.
-screen is small and I have nearsightedness and Astgmatism and I need something wide to read from.

My dad wants me to buy iPhone 5s. And I'm not convinced because I've my own points.

What do you think I should buy with these points? I want an opinion. Help and advice -thanks xx
