Locating photos imported to laptop from my iphone

I am clueless. Approximately 8 months ago my laptop (windows xp) crashed/virus.I'm not completely sure and without my knowledge the tech (who I asked to try and save my documents/photos) changed the hardrive and operating system to windows 10. On the home page I can see a box labeled "photos" that actually streams the photos he saved but I cannot find them to open them up. In addition, Recently imported photos (as a result of my ignorance and lack of attention) have been saved to a number of locations… Some in "documents", some by date, some by folder name. Regardless, I cannot find many of my older and newly imported photos that I know were successfully imported and saved. Help

My iPhone has ran out of storage and I just deleted a lot of photos and videos and there's still no storage

So I moved a whole lot of photos and videos to iCloud Drive and deleted them off the phone itself to clear space up but it still says there's no storage left. Please help me to know what's wrong and what to do so I can clear up space.

My total usage on iPhone and app times are not adding up?

My total usage says 2 hours and 15 mins but when I add up the usage with all the apps, it's only 2 hours. What about the other 15 mins?

I just got an iPhone 7 and I forgot the passcode so now I can't finish setting up? It cannot connect to iTunes and it's not on my iCloud?

I feel so dumb for forgetting it, I'm always bad with remembering numbers. Even though I just put it in, I can't remember it. I really don't want to call Apple Support if I don't have to. How could I factory reset it or something? I just got the phone and didn't even finish setting it up yet so there's no data that I'm concerned about. It can't connect to my iTunes or anything like that.
