Can I downgrade my IOS 6.1.3 software to IOS 6.1.2?

After I jailbroke my iphone, a recent update popped up and I installed it. This update being IOS 6.1.3. Therefore, this deleted Cydia and i was wondering if/when i could get it back. Thanks

Iphone 4s still works but black screen?

My Iphone 4s somehow is not working properly. I know it still works because when I plug it in the computer everything is still works fine like how it use to, but the phone itself is just a black screen. I turn it on and off and the logo comes on and i can hear it unlock and lock when i unlock and lock it (with the black screen, I just approximate where the slide to unlock is), I hear notifications and all but its still just a black screen, I can't see anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I saw online some people had this issue before but I couldn't find any solid solution, I've placed it in uncooked rice, sunlight, used the hair dryer on low for a few minutes, still the same…

How much is 250mb on an iphone 4?

I recently got the iphone 4 and the phone is prepaid so i can only use 250 mb ..i try to use it on wifi most of the time and it works. Its temporarly because i am going to switch plans in a couple of months. I dont use the internet other then to do research at school. Just like google andthats it. I dont use facebook, youte or download apps if im not on wifi. I just wanted to know if itll be enough

How long will it take for my IPhone 4S to be delivered?

I actually don't know if it will be delivered by Fedex or UPS but i live in falls church, Va near alexandria kind of and i ordered my IPhone yesterday and was wondering when it would arrive at&t said in 1-5 days but others are saying weeks i really want it now BEST ANSWER GETS TEN POINTS!;)

Buying an iphone 4 with a Verizon contract?

My friend told me that he signed a two year contract with Verizon wireless and his iphone 4 was free.

Can i go into a Verizon store and sign a contract and get an iphone 4 for free? I'm 19 and i don't have good or bad credit (i don't think i have any credit), would i seriously have to pay almost $500 for some deposit fee? Its not like i have bad credit at all, and i would have no problem with paying the bill every month. I just think it would be difficult to pay $500 all at once.

So can i just walk into verizon, sign a 2yr contract, get a free iPhone 4, and pay my first months bill in a couple weeks?

Added (1). So all in all i would have to pay for a deposit fee? I some to someone at Verizon on the phone about the iPhone 5. He explained that it will cost $200+ for the phone with a 2yr contract. He never mentioned anything about a deposit fee. He said all i would have to pay its for the phone, but now i found out that the iPhone 4 is free with a contract. If i did have to pay a deposit fee, how much would it cost, if i have no credit?

Iphone app to block calls/texts?

Because on the verizon website it's not working.It says it's completed when it's really not and I still get the texts.

My phone is jailbroken so what is in Cydia that can help me with that? Thanks!
