I bought an iPhone 5 with an activation lock?

A few days ago I had bought an iPhone 5 (or 5s, I don't know the difference) off of eBay. It came a couple days later completely reset with the standard 'Hello' and a white backdrop to greet me. However, I came across an Activation Lock screen that I can't bypass because apparently it was once connected to someone's iCloud/Find my iPhone account. I've tried contacting the seller to no avail, and tried bypassing it changing the DNS on my WiFi like different sources have suggested. I'd rather not find out I wasted my money for nothing, if there's anything I can do, please tell me. I'm desperate to get this in working order.

So today my iPhone 7 decided to stop recognizing when I put my headphones into the port and just continues to play the music through the speakers as if there's no headphones in the phone. Also when I try to call someone I can here them -sometimes- but they can't hear me. So if anyone knows any shops that fit the criteria I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Importing Photos from IPhone SE to windows laptop?

When I go to import my photos there are over 3,000 photos on my phone but only 200 show up on my laptop, I have tried right clicking my iPhone and pressing "import photos and videos" and also manually copying my photos from the files into my pictures. I don't know what else to do. Help please?

Why Can't I Turn Off iPhone Without it Disabling?

Every time I turn off my iPhone, when I turn it back on it says something like "iPhone disabled, connect to iTunes" or "iPhone disables, try again in 5 minutes". Is there a way to fix this? I know how to un-disable my phone, but I don't know how to turn it off and on again without it doing this.

How can I reset an Iphone 6 with no passcode or itunes?

Hey all,

I'm an uber driver and i've been holding onto this iphone 6 someone left behind for over a year now. I'm deciding to sell it but i want to unlock and reset it. I have downloaded Itunes onto my computer but when I tried to connect it I get an error message 0xE8000015. The phone has a passcode so I can't get into it that way.

What are some solutions for unlocking this phone and resetting it?

IPhone stuck in searching?

My phone is stuck in searching. It was working fine last night then all of a sudden it started searching. It doesn't matter if I turn off the data or remove the sim card.

I tried all the troubleshooting from restarting it, network settings and switching in amd out of airplane mode. When I click on about the network and modem firmware are blank. I'm current deployed overseas so my resources are limited. Fixing my phone is a must to communicate back home

I have a iPhone 6 and the battery is draining fast. It went from 45 percent to 10 percent in about 10 minutes. It charged pretty fast too. Is the battery gone or is it something else?

Lack of excitement in colour choices of device?

The HTC U11 phone comes in different colours such as shades of blue, white, red etc. But when i phoned EE to get a new contract for this model, they only had it in black and i wanted white. Same thing that they were doing when i got my contract Ipad Air, i wanted it in colour white but they only had black.

My HTC U11 went to repair a few days ago and Protect Your Bubble insurance company said it can't be fixed and they must send me a new device. They said they don't have exactly the same model but they have a similar model which is even more quality which is the HTC U Ultra, i tried getting a choice of colour but they only have it in black. I don't seem to get any exciting colour choices for my stuff nowadays. But it seems like iPhone users get choices more, Carphone Warehouse has it in black only as well.

Next time, where can i get or buy my devices as i don't want to be managing a colour that i don't like or prefer? It's gotten a little serious and i don't want to be obtaining my devices from there anymore. I don't want to get it from Amazon and Ebay cos i don't trust their products all the way as they sometimes work with cheaply fake item producers.

Is there a way(without computer)to move my texts from my iPad to my IPhone? ICloud backup? Had to restore phone to last backup and lost texts?

Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?

IPhone turning on and off?

Okay so I have an IPhone 5S. Randomly whilst at work it turned off and when I couldn t turn it back on I decided to put it in to charge. It showed the start up screen with white background and then turned off then started again on its own again and again.

I then connected it to my computer and put it into recovery mode but about 15 minutes later it started doing the on/off thing again where it would have the starting screen but this time flash a bright red before turning off. I don't know what to do.

When I make calls on my iPhone 7, the sound is very low, although the volume is all the way up Unless I put it on SPEAKER, I can hear it ok?

As soon as the call goes on speaker I can hear who I'm calling perfect. If its not on speaker I hear their voice VERY VERY LOW, although the volume is all the way up. I have tried moving my settings around and such, I can't find a solution.

1 month payment plan for phone?

So I'm not a big fan of smartphones so I have an ancient keyboard slide up phone as my phone that I use to text and call people. I have an iPhone 5c for my social media purposes when I have wifi and I'm going to myrtle beach in august for my birthday with a friend and her family however I want to use my iPhone as an activated phone using my phone number for just that month. I was wondering how that's possible with a prepaid thing? I'd want unlimited data though so I can use my social media when I don't have wifi access. My phone keeps flickering black?

So I have an iPhone 6s and randomly, it'll just start flickering to a black screen. Sometimes there are lines running down the phone and you can see some the home page and sometimes it just goes to completely black. I've dropped my phone many times and I think it might be because of that? I end up having to shut down my phone in order for it to start working properly. This happens at least 2 times a day. What should I do?

My iPhone SE went for a swim with me - Any hope?

So right now I'm in Outer Banks (beautiful area, my family rented a house with a pool and a short walk to the beach) and I went for a 5ish minute swim in the pool. Then my mom called me in to have lunch, and that s when I realized I f ed up. My family is big, so I had a bunch of suggestions being thrown at me at once, a bunch of them being the bag or rice. We don't have rice at the house, and nobody s gone food shopping yet. Is my phone a lost cause? Any advice would be a great help.

Should I sell my phone to buy one second handed?

So, I've had my iPhone 6 for a few years and it still works okay apart from the battery, but I can get that fixed for $30 so whatever. But then again, I could sell it online for 175 and buy an iPhone 6s for that same price. But second handed. The thing is, I'm not sure if I should. Rear camera from iPhone X isn't working. How do I fix it?

The rear camera on my iPhone X stops working occasionally.

It stopped working last week, but it came back about days later. It then stopped working again two days after that. It's only the rear camera. The front facing one works, but when I try to switch to the rear camera, it doesn't work.

The camera doesn't work in any camera apps. The camera app, snapchat and instagram don't work. I've tried turning off the phone and closing all applications but it still doesn't work.

I'm on the latest firmware (11.4) so it isn't the firmware.

If anybody knows what I could do to fix it, I would really appreciate it.
