I cracked my iPhone 5S? SquareTrade?

Yesterday I was in class when my phone suddenly fell out of my pocket and hit the ground. I picked it up and… yes I cracked it. I called Apple, they want $269 to get it replaced. That won't work out, so I called Verizon. They said they can't do anything about it and told me to go to the Apple Store. I don't have $269 to get my iPhone replaced. That's more than I paid for it! So my question is. What's the cheapest way to get it fixed? SquareTrade offers $7.99/month coverage. The only think you need to do is download their App so they know your phone is working. My phone is working fine. How long until I can make a claim at SquareTrade to get my iPhone replaced? Is there another company that does insurances on iPhones? Thanks everyone for help!

My iPhone 5 screen popped out?

First about 19th Dec 2013 my volume up button and lock screen didn't work properly, they were jammed… So i went to this local stall in town where they repair phones

They repaired it 3 days later only for £30 however, they broke my wifi attena, they repaired this for free after christmas

As of 18th january my phone feel out of my hand, luckily i caught it, however the front screen feel off and broke, shattered completely… Ive seem people iphone screen breaking but ive never seen a screen completely disattatch from the phone and smash

Ive noticed in further inspection that, there was no screws attatch to the bottom of the phone, normally there are two screws at the bottom inbetween the charger area,
Normally if you dont have scews you need great pressure and sponger to pull it out

What can i do my screen has completel disattatched to the phone, the small repair stall didn't screw back the screws, I believe my phone is completely messed up because of this, normally if there was screws then the screen will of just shattered and it will be a £90 repair

But the screen has disatatched to the phone

Iphone is disabled connect to itunes? - 2

Okay so my parents grounded me and i convinced them to let me keep my phone and just change the pass-code (so i can still receive calls, listen to music and i have my alarm in the morning). So of course i tried to unlock many.many times and now its disabled until i connect it to itunes. So i plugged it in to itunes and my computer isnt even recognizing that i have a device plugged in. So im not able to reset my phone or anything since its not connecting to itunes.

If I bring my phone to the apple store will they be able to undisable it?

I'd like to buy an iPhone 4s/5c secondhand on Ebay or Kijiji or something but I'm really confused about the "carrier" thing. Does that mean that if the carrier is Rogers I can only use it with Rogers? I'd want to use it with Bell cards or Fido cards or something. Someone please explain in detail!

Apple problem over my wi-fi?

the two apple products i have which are ipad 4th gen and iphone 5 are running extremely slow over my home WI-fi but my Toshiba laptop and my girlfriends android phone are working as normal. My broadband speed is as normal too after doing a speed test on my laptop. I cant seem to figure this out any have any info on why this could be?

Whyy am I so jealous of her?

Me and my ex best friend have been best friend since 8th grade we are now seniors we fell out after an argument and were never the same. She started leaning more towards her other popular friends who are all pretty. And now she looks at me as of I'm dirt and worthless. She would always in my face how she has a better phone than me and always make comments such as " my mom is mad I spent $90 on 3 shirts, or my shoes are too expensive to run in " I would get so jealous because she is prettier more popular skinnier she has more money than I do smarter we both had an iphone 4 and she lied and said she had the 4s to show she was better than me and come to find out I saw voice control on her phone 1 day. So someone stole her iphone and her mom bought her a brand new 5s. I am just so jealous of her what do I do any advice

Would you believe it or not?

So its a Friday night and my wife never bothered to come home. She says she is still working and it is now 1:30am. She took a photo of a couple inside their house all sitting there with paperwork of different housing projects. She says she is still there in their house to try and negotiate a sale with them.

They are all Chinese. I don't believe her. When I called I could hear several people talking. I still don't believe that any normal couple would sit around so late discussing apartments to buy.

I think she probably won't come home tonight… I can't sleep. I can see where she is by tracking her iPhone. I'm just wondering what to do next.

I'm not a fool. Anyone can send a random photo right…

She still hasn't come home and that's what's got me so angry. This wasn't planned with me in advance.

I was so angry that I've thrown all my clothes and essentials into garbage bags with the intention of telling her what she can do with herself and leaving. We don't have kids or a house.
Added (1). Over reacting or not, I can't live this lifestyle anymore. I am not the kind of man that doesn't care if his wife runs around all night. I didn't marry a prostitute and she doesn't work an overnight job. If she worked a job that had overnight or shift hours I would completely understand. But just staying in some random person's house overnight to sell them apartments? Come on. Nobody is that stupid.

Even when it is legitimate, I just cannot agree to this kind of life. I want a wife that works normal hours. A wife that's home safe in bed with me after midnight unless either of us has to work a job away from home overnight or for a few days etc.

And yes there is a part of me that says she could be doing anything out there. I don't think anyone should have blind trust.
Added (2). I rent here. I would rather save the bother and go back to my parents home and let immigration take her away…
Added (3). So many of you say trust first. Would you say the same if your partner stayed put overnight in another home and didn't come home until the morning?
Added (4). It's not just staying out late, it's also a number of things that happened in the past. It's the way that I found out we met after I married her. That's when I found out that she had left another man to stay overnight with me at the hotel when I first came to China to be with her. She had been living with someone else…

My dad is really good with mechanics and God knows what else, but I asked him to replace my phone to a white one if I payed for it. He said he would but all the conversion kits were so expensive! Why is iPhone 5 not sending texts to one person?

My friend's iPhone has stopped sending text messages to one of his contacts, but still works fine with everybody else.

It was all working fine, then he sent an MMS (which never arrived), and after that, all SMS messages fail. Sounds like the attempted MMS has blocked everything after it.

He never had any problems texting this contact previously, and again, he is still able to SMS everybody else in his phonebook. Just not this one contact.

Anybody got any suggestions?

He's turned it on and off, removed and replaced SIM card, gone into flight mode and back out, connected to wifi, tried again in different locations with varying quality signal, and deleted the failed MMS from the conversation. All of these had no impact on the problem.

Youtube in safari and on the app no videos will load. It always say "cant load" in safari and playback error in the app. I can do anything else, I'm asking this from the iphone that it wont work on. So internet isn't the problem.

Why do songs get deleted from my iphone when i sync it to my itunes library?

Everytime i sync my iphone (5) to my itunes library, all the songs i had just recently bought on my iphone get deleted and if i try to re-purchase it on itunes it just says "purchased." Somtimes i will even try to re-purchase it from my laptop and even though the purchased song it in my library, it doesnt transfer to my iphone.

I hate my life my family is so poor I mean proper financial problems I cant do anything because Im only 15, I mean my life just gets worse and worse every single year! It's after two a.m. and the club is getting ready to close. Caden is drunk off his butt. There's no way he's going to be able to drive himself home. Derrick and Noah help him out to his jeep and put him in the passenger side. Derrick hands me the keys to Caden's jeep. "Are you sure you don't mind taking him home?"

I shrug my shoulders. "It's not like you either of you two can."

Noah puts his arm around Katie's shoulders. "You gonna be able to find his apartment?"

Caden sticks his arm out the window hitting the side of his jeep. "Let's go." There's a slur to his voice.
He leans his head back against the headrest.

I wave my hand at Caden. "Keep your pants on, we're leaving."

Noah and Derrick get in Katie's car with Laura. Katie hugs me. "The idea is to get him to take his pants off."

"Bye Katie." I get in the driver seat of Caden's jeep.

Starting the jeep, I look over at Caden. If this was about six years ago, I would have taken Katie's advice but things are different now. Things changed after he left for the Marines. I had this major crush on him. Why else would a girl want to play sports with her brother's friends and make sure she's on the opposing team from her crush? It was my way of getting him to touch me even if it was just a tackle in football, a foul in basketball, or a tag out in baseball.

I know i started off in present tense but in this last paragraph things are in past tense…is this ok since she's kind of thinking those things to herself?

I cant decide if I was to get the 16GB or the 32GB Iphone 5s. Is spending the extra $100 worth it? i just dont want to spend money that I don't have to. Below is a list of what I plan on having on my phone.

How to safely back everything up on my iPhone 4s?

I have an iPhone 4s and i want to back back up and save everything! Embarrassingly i'm not that clued up about all of my options which i feel is a bit of a waste when owning such a nice phone!

Here are some things you may find useful when answering:

- The most important things to me that i want to back up are my photos and messages (texts, iMessages and whatsapp messages!). Anything else i could live without keeping, but i'm a pretty sentimental person and NEED these!

- I have just downloaded the Skydrive app and currently backing up about 3000 photo's… though it's very slow and i'm not sure to what extent that i can trust it or i can access them, and put them back on my phone should i lose them?!

- I've never updated my iPhone since i got it in November 2012… as everyone always seemed to be losing all their data which scared me! So i'm not running on IOS 7.0.4 but i really want to update as soon as possible! (I believe i'm on 6.0.1)

- It says It's never been backed up but i'm sure it has?! And would it be to iCloud? The maximum is 5GB and i believe it stopped backing up when i exceeded this limit (not sure what was included or how i can access any of it!).

I just need it all explaining to me really; I'd be very grateful for anyone to spare some time and tell me my best options for (secure and reliable) free storage and how i'm able to put stuff back on my phone should i lose it?

I was thinking of downloading the dropbox app too, but how would i save texts to anything? Should i save different things to different places? I.e. put messages into iCloud?

Why Do I Have Horrible iPhone 5 Battery Life?

When I first got my iphone 5 in September my battery was great. But when I upgraded to ios 7 it started to go bad. It drains quickly, the battery percentage jumps around (for example my phone was on 40% and I Facetimed someone and as soon as they answered I looked at my percentage and it had dropped to 23%, in a matter of seconds.), it also dies around 15 percent. It sometimes varies when it dies though. Sometimes it will die at 10% or 11% or 5% but mostly dies at 15%. It never goes to 1% like it used too. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked?

I dropped my iPhone 5 and the screen cracked, unfortunately I didn't purchase any insurance, with it and I'd like to get it fixed.

Apple charge £150 to fix the screen which is outrageous but understandable because they can, this is too much for me to pay as I'm only 16, I'm willing to pay around £100 and have been offered quotes as low as £40 and as high as £160 but I'm not sure whether to just leave the screen as it is, or get it fixed, I'd like to know if I do get it fixed professionally by a company that specializes in Apple repairs, whether the phone will look and feel as if it hasn't been replaced because I'm willing to pay, as long as the service is good quality. I spoke to the company that specializes in Apple repairs and they said its the "genuine" original screen that Apple get the supplies from, whether that is true or not, it doesn't matter to me as long as the phone feels like the original product and also will the screen be as strong as the original because its not the original screen?

Is this apple site real or legit. VERY CHEAP PRICES?

Yesterday I came across this apple site. There is very very cheap items which got me suspicious. I ordered an apple macbook pro from the website to see if its real. I will put the link to the website at the end of this. But all the prices are all like in the 30's Like 33.99, 34.99 Stuff like that. I read the descriptions and they seem really legit. I went to the FAQ tab and they said they are legit and stuff. The site mostly sells iphones, some ipads and some macbooks. But is this site for real. Is it a scam or real? How to make Apple replace your broken iPhone?

My dad bought a used iPhone 4s from a store that resells used stuff. Today the phone fell and the screen cracked. It still works though, but the screen is now a yellowish color. How can you make Apple replace/repair the phone for free? (If its even possible)

I feel like stabbing myself with a knife because I wasted my father's money because i broke the phone and I hate myself.

How does Helpucover gadget insurance work?

Hi.

I have been insured with Helpucover gadget insurance since February 2013, and I'm needing to make a claim. Unfortunately the claims dept is shut till Monday. The question I want to know is; how will Helpucover pay me? I have an iPhone 5 with a cracked screen and a broken LCD. And I'm wondering will they send me a cheque in the post for £216.44 addressed to me so I can get it fixed whenever, or will they send the cheque to Apple and pay for the repair directly? Or do I get to Choose? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have an iPhone 4 8gb and I want to buy a new iPhone with more storage?

I just got my iPhone 4 through verizon a little over a year ago with their "free phones" plan and I love it. But with the new iOS 7 updates going on my phone is super slow and keeps telling me I have no storage left. Ive deleted ALL music, email, and most of my apps and it still keeps telling me this. I went to the apple website to see what kind of deals they had and saw the iPhone 5C for 99$ but no where on the website does it say "with a 2 year contract" till you go to the last page of the check-out.

Is there any way around the "with new 2 year contract" BS to get a new iPhone? or a place to buy the iPhone 5/5C under 200$ ?
