My iPhone 4S is acting very strange? Help?

So today I notice my iPhone keeps playing my iTunes music even though I didn't want it to play and Siri keeps turning on randomly! It's very strange, Siri comes on and then I exit out of Siri and my iTunes music starts to play and then it goes very very slow then it skips songs and then plays a song at a regular pace. I'm getting very frustrated because it's happening a lot! What could be the cause of this? Is it a virus? I don't go on any weird websites so I think it would be kind of impossible. Please help! IPhone 4 in PERFECT condition, how much could it sell for?

Okay, so my brother is 19, and I am 16.My parents had a chance to buy my brother a new phone with money that my grandma had on her phone account, that she did not understand what to do with.So they bought my brother a $340 phone with the balance on my grandma's phone account.My grandma was aware of this and okay with it. Now, the problem I have with this is that I get absolutely nothing, and here my brother gets a free $340 phone.To me, this is COMPLETELY unfair. I have an iPhone 4S, and paid for it all by myself.My brother is also 19, and has a job that pays him decently, now me on the other hand, I do not have a job, and the only way I get money is by doing chores, and it takes me a really long time to save up. I have tried talking to my parents about it, and ask if I get anything from it, and they always respond with "We'll talk about it later" or "Stop bugging us about it" Whenever I brought it up, they would try and change the subject, and half the time it ends with an argument because I think it is so unfair.It's been about 3 weeks now, and I have realized I will most likely be getting nothing. I would understand if my parents didn't have much money, but they do. Also, my parents do not buy me stuff if I want something.Is it just me, or is this really unfair? It really bothers me. Would an iphone 1 or 2 still work today?

I'm looking to replace my phone. Right now I've got an Android HTC Inspire and it's cool, but it restarts itself like every hour and I think it's dying.
I don't use it as a phone for calls. I just took the SIM card out of mine. I use it to check email, use the gameboy emulators on it, and search the internet on it.

Yesterday my partner got a HTC. We both had iphone 4 phones. While his iphone updated and got restored to factory settings he went to his mothers house to collect his HTC. He then came back home. The iphone finally finished updating ect. He then took the iphone back to his mothers for his mother to keep. After he returned he got a phone all off his mother. She was screaming down the phone saying we've swapped the phones over * so I have the newer one! (The phones are the same. Neither is newer than the other). After an hour of nasty phone calls and texts I thought to check the serial number ect on the sticker of the iphone box to the phone.It didnt match and then I remembered that the iphone I have is a replacement/repair phone so it wouldn't match the box. He lost his iphone box so there is no proof there. She has now told her son to never speak to her again and other vile things. This isn't a way a mother should speak to her son.

I have an AT&T iPhone that was unlocked by AT&T for use with T-Mobile. Usually, in the top right of the screen, "T-Mobile" is displayed next to the signal bars. Sometimes, however, it switches to "AT&T."

Why is my iPhone messing up my texts?

I've just recently gotten an iPhone. When I text my friends, every few message they receive is either not the entire message or the message has been turned into all these weird symbols that I don't even have on my phone. However, my phone shows the text exactly how I wrote it.Is this happening to anyone else? How do I fix it?

Computer running VERY slow on Start up?

Every time I load up my computer in Normal mode (I've been using safemode for the last few months) It loads TOOOO SLOWWW to uninstall anything or even try to download software, its VERY slow it could take about 3 hours to open 1 application

I'm trying to fix this computer Im tired of running on safemode I can't listen to music Play games or even download things to my iphone with safemode, somebody please tell me How I can fix this issue without using Normal Mode

But what you actually download is just an extra shortcut, not a replacement icon — so you'll end up with two icons on your home screen for the same app, with an annoying blank page open for a few seconds before opening the program.My question, is there an app, or way to replace the original app? I'm selling 91 iPhone covers that I have in stock on eBay, I am wondering what is the best way to make a profit from it?

I'm confused as well, there are thousands of listings going for less than $1, how do these guys make a single penny off of their auctions? I've sold an item that sold for $60 before, eBay, PayPal and shipping fees took out $21, so I was left with $39. Most recently I've sold something for $30 and eBay, paypal, and shipping, took out $12.So I already lost out on 1/3rd of all my sales so far. What a rip off!

How do other competitors make ANY profit at all? What method do they use to ship their products? Do they somehow bypass eBay and PayPal fees with a premium account of sorts? What's going on here!

What's a good price to sell a used iphone 4 16gb?

A buddies girl friend dropped her phone in the river kayaking and she needs a new phone but she's not eligible for an upgrade but I am and I've been thinking about getting the HTC One, Iphone 5 or the Galaxy S4 for sometime now. Well this might be a good time to help us both out. If I sell her the phone it will ease the blow of buying a $200 phone and extending my contract and she won't need to buy something cheap.My phone is in good to great condition and I was thinking $125. On ebay I saw one just go for $185 but this way will avoid me having to do any leg work and it helps both parties out.Is $125 a fair value on both ends or is one of us getting ripped off? Also, I'm leaning heavly towards the HTC One because I've had the Iphone 3g and now 4 and it just seems more of the same with the 5 that my wife has.Do you have any experince with the HTC One, Iphone 5 or the S4 that pushed you towards that phone?

Me and my boyfriend have just had a fall out because he broke my phone yesterday and I have no way of contacting my mum who lives 442 miles away from me and I hardly see her due to that we both are having money issues :/ and I kind of got angry with him now because I have no spare phone and I have to wait 3 months till my birthday to get a new phone. He was calling me selfish and he and out with that he bought me an iPhone it's either 4 or 5 for my birthday, And I told him I don't deserve it and he started calling me selfish, is it right? Am I really being selfish for not feeling I don't deserve to have money spent on me?

Broken iphone, what to replace?

I dropped my phone into a bathtub while it was on. I immediatly retrieved it from the water and dried it out the best i could in a variety of ways and then left it sitting in a bag of rice for what must be months now. The phone works perfectly fine besides the fact it decides to turn off every now and then (at least once an hour) and may take 2 or 3 times to restart, but it will do all of this on its own. Any advice on what may need replacing in my phone? everything else is fine, including charging/ battery life

Transferring music from an iPhone?

So I have some music that I got from my friends downloaded onto my iPhone 4S, and now I want to transfer it to my Macbook pro. However, it's telling me that I can only sync music from my laptop to my phone, and not vice versa.It also only lets me transfer purchased music from my phone, but not all of it was purchased to begin with.Is there any way around this to get the music off of my phone and onto my laptop? I've always been super bubbly and vivacious. I'm known as the girl who would give her kidney to a complete stranger. I love making people happy, even if they are my enemies.

In April 2013, I was diagnosed with depression as a result of my OCD and General Anxiety Disorder. I'm seeing a therapist and am taking some medications, but I still feel so bad.

During Ramadan, I felt so at peace with myself. I felt like a nicer person towards everyone. But ever since the month ended, I've been a train wreck.

Lately, I've been so irritable and angry at everybody.My sister, whom I love more than anything, has gotten on my nerves like 20 times this weekend. I've lost patience with my niece and nephew, which NEVER happened before. I hate having company over and I just want to be alone.

I'm also glued to my iPhone, which I desperately want to get rid of. I stay secluded in my room with my phone attached to my hand.

I feel so mean. I've been expressing myself a bit too much lately. Like, if my father does something I don't like, I tell him. Normally, I'd just let it go. But I have a lot of inner anger towards him and what he did to me as a kid.

I want to be a nicer person. What am I going to do?

Can I get into any legal trouble for selling a non working item on Craigslist?

I know what I did was wrong but I posted an ad selling the iphone 5 on Craigslist for 350 bucks… Only this issue is that the iphone was not working at all.It did not turn on or power up as I think it was water damaged. Anyways, I had everything in the box like normal and went to meet up with the buyer. She looked at the phone and I told her the phone was dead but since the overall condition was good, she believed me. She gave me the 350 and we went our separate ways. The phone I was communicating to her with was a track phone and I have since turned it off since I know she has probably bombarded my phone with text and calls when she figured out it wasn't working.

I know it was wrong to scam her and I'm really apologetic about it but I really needed the cash. She doesn't know where I live since we met in a public place. Only thing she knows is that it is 10 minutes from my home which could be anywhere. But if she did contact police and somehow found me, could I be arrested or get in any legal trouble for this? If so what is the worst that can happen?

Hello everyone. I've had my iPhone 4 for about 2 years now and it broke and it's totally messed up now since I dropped it. Since I'm eligable for an upgrade at ATT, I was wondering how difficult it would be to switch from Apple to Google. I've had my iTunes account for years and have bought many many apps and songs and I wanted to know if I can possibly transfer all my stuff to a Galaxy S4 if I were to purchase one. Basically my iphone keeps restarting it will show me the apple on the screen and will keep restarting repeatedly. I live in the uk if that helps, I am not the account holder of the phone would I need that person to come with me and I am still under the one year warrenty my carrier is 3. I am 14 would they replace the phone if I'm on my own. And how long would it take them to repair or send me a new one?

I have an iPhone 4s on the Orange/EE network, I have a 500mb allowance but orange have been charging me for an extra £10 every month and claiming it's data, here's the funny thing - I always turn off mobile data and I only use wifi on my phone, could it be location services? I've turned off other things in case it could be that.

Ok, so on Friday 8/16 I ordered a Canvas leather backpack from amazon and its Sunday 8/18 and my backpack still hasn't even been prepared nor ship and its still asking if i want to cancel my item. Btw it said the delivery estimate for my bag was on the 22nd of this month (Thursday) and I was wondering why my bag still isn't even being prepared for me at the store I ordered it from. And I was just worried because I also ordered screen protectors for my iPhone at the same time as I did for my bag and it said i should be receiving that from the 22-27th and I just received an email saying the screen protectors has been shipped so I'm confused. Dropped iphone 5 in water - sound issue?

Stupidly dropped my iphone 5 in the bath earlier.It wasn't in for long at all, a couple of seconds. I turned it off, dried it off, removed the case and put it in a bowl of rice for a few hours (I know people recommend overnight but I was feeling impatient haha).It reboots and everything works, but if I want to listen to music or talk to someone on the phone, I can't hear anything unless I use earphones.

However, if I go to settings > sounds and manually turn up the ringer, it rings through the speakers. I'm just a bit confused as to why I can't hear music or phone calls and if there is a manual fix to this?

I can visit the store and get it fixed or replaced but I would like to give it a try at home first (without opening up the phone).

Added (1). Edit: just noticed that with earphones in (the ones supplied with an iphone 5), I can hear my music, however the volume up, down and pause buttons on the earphones don't work, whereas they did before I dropped my phone in water.

At the moment my iphone is not jailbroken and running on 6.1.3 and i want to downgrade it to… whatever really so i can have an untethered jailbreak. I've looked at downgrading it on youtube and it says you have to have shah blobs.i have no idea what these are or w you get them but i've downloaded tiny umbrella because thats what it says to use but now what do i do? does my device have to have a tethered jailbreak so i can downgrade and get an untethered jailbreak? i'm really confused ;(

Will my paypal claim get accepted?

I brought an iphone 4s off ebay it said that it was blocked but takes o2 sim. But I went to O2 and they said the iphone imei number has been reported stolen so the iphone doesn't work.

My question is do you think paypal will give me a full refund if i claimed it? As the seller is not giving me a refund and I have opened a dispute but will claim a refund from paypal
