I made a Twitter account for my grandpa so he can keep up with the grandkids. On his app on his iPhone, his timeline is showing tweets from people that he doesn't follow. A lot of them are people that I follow and people that follow me, like my friends. He doesn't know them and doesn't want to see their tweets, and I don't want him to accidentally favorite their tweets or anything. So how do I change his settings so that only tweets from people that he follow show up on his timeline?

IPhone won't let me use fingerprint for purchases and not unlock?

I want to just use my fingerprint for purchases in iTunes and App Store so I go to setting and select just that one option but if I lock my phone it still makes me type in a passcode. I don't have that selected. Is there a way to just use it for iTunes and not have to type in a code to unlock my phone

Calling someone who may have blocked you but not showing a Caller ID?

I have a Samsung S5 and the person I m referring to in this situation has an iPhone 5. I understand that when you call an iPhone that has blocked you, it will ring once and then say that the number is not available.

If someone was to block my number on their iPhone, and I was to call them from my number, however turn the Show my Caller ID settings off (so basically when I call someone it will say No Caller ID), would this bypass them blocking me? Would the call still go through (and therefore the one ring and then error message would not happen) if I have turned my Show my caller ID settings off? Does putting your number on private bypass someone blocking you and the call ends up going through to the person that has blocked you? OR does the fact that you put your number on private not matter, and you can still not get through to the person that has blocked you?

Is it possible to write an iphone app that syncs to vehicles?

I have an idea for an app but for it to work it would have to know when the owners vehicle was on and off. Obviously this would only work with newer cars but I didn't know if it was possible to create such of an app with sync capabilities.

Hi my friend played a prank on me, she locked my phone and change my touch ID on my iPhone 6. Asked her what's the pass code but she forgot she was to "DRUNK" to remember ugh! So since I didn't have a computer I had to use my friends iTunes to restore but unfortunately I cannot use it because it requires my touch ID. I don't know what to I tried taking in and it cost me allot to JUST GET A NEW IPHONE because they cannot unlock my iPhone 6 unless I call apple store. Basically I'm looking for somewhere I can watch girl meets world as it's the only show I watch that I don't have the channel for. What can you do on a Tracfone?

Like can you get free messaging, and download apps, and stuff like a real phone? Or is it a piece of junk fake phone. My parents are thinking about getting my brother and me a tracfone, because we wont shut up about getting a cell phone, and this way she doesn't have to put us on their plan. So is tracfone just as fun as like an IPhone or Android phone? I kind of want to know what I am getting, before I get it if you know what I mean. IPhone 6 plus scratched display?

I purchased a space grey iPhone 6 Plus 2 weeks ago and I have not yet purchased a case. This proved to be a problem. With only slight use, the front display is already slightly knicked with two small scratches at the top of the display. It's noticeable and bothers me immensely, as I just got the phone. I figured Apple wouldn't replace the entire phone just because of such a minor problem, but is there anyway to fix this without ruining the phone screen?

My iphone is disabled! I forgot my password! Help?

I recently got a iPhone 5s and I managed to forget my password already… Ughh *facepalm*.

It says "connect to iTunes" but when I connect it says "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes".

Do you see my problem?

I don't mind resetting my phone/ deleting everything (I havent had it for long enough to have anything important on it) as long as I can open it!

Iphone Keeps turning off and restarting?

I iphone 5 stays on for a minute or two after being turned on. I can still use everyapp but after a bit the screen crashes and restarts and I don't know what to do. Ive rebooted the phone and reestarted it and left if off so I'm wondering if I should just replace the battery if hats what the problem is.

Should I get an iMac or a desktop PC?

My friend would sell me his 21.5 inch iMac with 16 gb ram, i3 3.06ghz processor, 512mb graphics 500gb for $660 or I could buy a PC with 1tb, 8gb ram (would upgrade this to 16), 2gb graphics (NVidia GTX 960), and an i7 for $1100. I have an iPhone and I am familiar with Apple and he would also throw in the keyboard, mouse, trackpad, and parallels into the deal, but the computer is outdated and definitely wouldn't be as fast as the PC. Also the PC has much better graphics. I want to play some games like planetside 2, but nothing more demanding than that. Additionally, I already own a keyboard, mouse and monitor, so I wouldn't need to buy those. On the other hand, PC's can get viruses very easily and I don't want to have to worry about that, but the computer would be upgradeable which would be really nice to have, whereas Macs aren't. So, which one should I get? Thanks in advance!

Good games I can get on the app store?

I love games where you have to build your way up, purchase equipment upgrades, stuff like that. I would prefer the games to be free. Here are some examples of games I currently enjoy that fit this theme:

CSR Racing ( you have to race to get points and then spend those points on car points )
Spiderman Unlimited ( like temple run, but more recent and much better. Try to collect all the characters )
Bike Race ( I don't love it, but its simple and I play it sometimes, try to collect all the bikes. )

That kind of stuff. I use iPhone, not Android.
I am not looking for city building games such as Clash of Clans and Game of War.

Any suggestions?

How to get rid of the stupid thing that slides down on the iPhone lock screen?

It's so freaking annoying! What is it even for? Sometimes I receive a notification, but when I grab my phone, I accidentally slide down, which shows the weird list of notifications, but they aren't even in any order; all I see is really old notification from like 300 days ago. When I slide up to get rid of this useless list, I can't find the notification anymore. This is really annoying cause it often happens. I have no way of knowing what the notification was. How do I get rid of this stupid feature. It doesn't even make sense! It's so frustrating!

I'm getting a new phone very soon(coming from an iPhone) and I want to get back into android. I really like the S pen and the big screen on the note 4. However I know the camera is better on the S6. I also like the new version of touch wiz on the S6 especially with the the theme store. Will these features come to the note 4? The screen is better on the S6 but not by much. Little boxes with hex code in it. How to fix?

Some webpages now show buttons only as boxes with hex code in it. What happened? How to fix this?
Added (1). It was fine some time before, then I update java and let java uninstall old versions.
It happens on many webpages now, other webpages have different wrong depictions.
Added (2). All these icons are buttons, working just fine, when clicking or hovering on it.
These pages use javascript, but I cant find how they get the image.

How to turn this damn thing off on my iphone 6?

So I was talking to a buddy of mine and when to send him a text. The text failed to send and I choose to send it as a text message unknown to be is that it would stick like that in SMS or MSS. I have resetted my phone, turned Imessage on and off, turned SMS and MSS off to no avail.

Added (1). I accidentally dropped my iphone 5s into the baththub. These are the steps i did:
1. Grabbed the iphone out of the water, it was like 3-5 seconds
2. Dried it using towel
3. I tried to turn it off by holding the power button until it turns off but it didn't work, then i tried to slide to power off but the screen's not working
4. I was in panic so i blow dry my phone in cool mode
5. I tried to turn it off again. I slide the power off but touched the screen harder
Added (2). 6. I put the phone inside a ziplock with 4 cups of rice and left it there for 48 hours.

I tried to turn it on a few minutes ago and it turned on. But the screen is unresponsive to touch. I can't slide the unlock button. I immediatly tried to turn it off by sliding the power off(touching it harder)
Added (3). What was wrong with my touchscreen? Is there something i can do to still fix it?

IPhone 4S, coloured vertical lines, black patches, permanently inverted colours?

I looked at my iPhone 4S screen and the colours seemed inverted, the phone is damaged but after searching this subject i noticed this has happened to peoples phones when they're not damaged. The bottom part of the screen is lagged and quite trippy, the side of the screen is black with vertical coloured lines, and the rest just looks inverted. Is there anyway to fix this? I've had this phone 18 months now and the screen has been previously replaced. Any ideas?

I was updating the software of my iPhone 3gs (jail broken) from 5.0.1 to 6.1.6. After completing the download process my phone got off and now it shows the apple sign and then it disappears and this process is continuously going on. So I have a short story to tell you. Last month during April vacation I was at my friends house playing soccer, and stupidly enough, I put my phone on his porch on an arm where you can hold when going up it. So when my friend decided to pick up the ball and punt it (I don't know why) it hit my iPhone and the entire thing shattered. About two weeks later I went to go get it fixed and while they were fixing it they accidently dropped my phone that completely destroyed it, so they gave me a new phone. I got this new phone last week, got a better phone protector and a screen protector and my screen has ALREADY cracked. This morning when I was getting ready for school, I dropped my phone on a CARPET. A ******* carpet. How more ******* fragile could iPhone screens get? Now I'm pissed. Here is what the carpet looks like that I dropped it on, it's extemely soft yet it still cracked. Total bs. Also ignore my dogs paws in it lol. And before you ask, the phone did not hit that hard part of the floor. My question is, why can't Apple improve the screens of their phone rather than just the technology?

I've been trying to get a new phone. I've always used an Android and now was thinking about trying an iPhone. Usually with Androids all I have to do is take my current SIM card out of my old phone and put it in the new phone and the service is there and I could use the phone immediately as long as it's with T-Mobile. I bought an Intel computer and was ripped off by the manufacturer? WTF?

Alright, here is what happened. I went into Best Buy in the computer dept. And purchased a brand new Intel HP computer.

Of course, the ignorant sales floor person didn't know that my computer was totally and apparently dysfunctional when it was sold to me.

I took my computer home, hooked it up to the wifi, and began creating my account.

Then afterwords, I began to surf the net. I thought I might as well go ahead and try to download adobe flash player.

When I tried to download adobe flash player, a pop up appeared explaining to me that a virus was detected. And so, my computer wouldn't allow me to download adobe flash player.

Then, suddenly the HP icon at the top right corner of my computer screen begins to flash. It explains to me that I have to call an Intel technician.

So I got on my iphone and called this number and spoke to a technician.

The technician who answered my call spoke with a thick Indian accent and it was hard to understand him.

He explained to me that after analyzing my computer, he DISCOVERED that I had drivers in my computer that weren't functioning correctly, and that they had to be REMOTELY programmed to function better.

He also explained to me that this would cost me $169.00 to do get this fixed. So I went along with him and agreed to pay him the fee of $169.00.

I'm running out of type space, so I have to stop here. All you people need to understand is that these guys kept milking me of my money.
