Factory reset iphone 4s without itunes- forgot passcode?

I forgot passcode to my iphone 4s. I cannot restore or put it in recovery mode and restore with itunes because i no longer have the computer that i set my phone up in the first place. I have tried pretty much everything- i-funbox, gecko tool… Are there any other solutions? Thanks

Long story short, I deleted someone's contact, but when I type in the name in the "send to" field for texting the contact name with the number is an option to send to, I don't even want to see that name of that person or their number but my iPhone is "remembering" it.and I want it to "forget" it but I don't know how, help please?

Now this happened to me before, I deleted an app called Asphalt 7, but no extra storage space added up. I couldn't solve it with iCleaner, so I tried updating iOS and that worked. This time I deleted Blitz Brigade, same problem and I don't wanna update! 1.2 gigs doesn't add up! Power button + homebutton hard reset doesn't work! HELP

Can I put my T-mobile payg simcard in an O2 contract iphone 4s?

My mum is giving me her old iphone 4s, she is currently on an O2 Contract and I have a T-mobile PayG simcard.
I understand that because of the different networks it will be locked, or something like that, but because they're different types of simcards, is there any way it would possibly work?
Like sending it away to get it unlocked.or would I have to ether get a T-mobile contract or just an O2 PayG simcard?

Iphone5 vs Galaxy S3 vs Nokia Lumia 928?

First off I know that there is a Galaxy S4 but i have Verizon so thats not an option. Anyway, I dont know which one to get the Galaxy is cool with apps and quick type, the nokia lumia is cheap and awesome, and the iphone is the iphone. Text messages marked as read?

So I know that on the iPhone there is an option where when you read someone's text message it will tell the other person that you've read it. Does this apply to android phones as well? I have an android (smartphone) and I DO NOT want people to know when I've read their text messages. If the android has this option, how do I turn it off? If it doesn't have this option, when I text someone who has an iPhone can they still see when I've read their message no matter what?

Will jailbreaking iPhone fix Net10's data cap?

I have a iPhone 4s and I heard that Net10 caps data at 1.5GB. If I jailbreak the phone, would that be a workaround to have truly unlimited data? I know you can change the APN to get MMS to work. BTW, only AT&T, Straighttalk and Net10 works where I live. I would have to drive 50 plus miles for others to work. Which is out of the question!

I find it does have glare and is hard on my eyes after a certain period of time. Also, the screen is quite small so its hard to read unless the fot is very big. Ipod Touch/ Iphone can't connect to Wifi but computer can. Help?

Just starting yesterday my Ipod has been unable to connect to my wifi connection in my home.It has worked fine before. We just upgraded and changed companies for our internet a couple weeks ago, but have never had problems until now.It was connected, but now it just disconnects and doesn't allow me to log back into it.It just says "unable to join the network '___'" I have tried putting everything in manually but that doesn't work either.It worked once, but then it disconnected again sometime while I was sleeping. Whats weird was my little brother's Ipod was doing the same thing at the same time. I was able to fix it but I'm not sure if it's working right now. And whats even more weird is that my computer has no issues with the internet and is working fine at the moment whilst my ipod isn't. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Added (1). Okay well I have got it to work again for now after pressing the join button like 20 times.

New hard drive for asus laptop?

Why can't I log into ifunny?

On my iphone 5 I get on Ifunny and I'm signed out, so I click on sign in with Facebook and it continuously says logging in. I left it there for about ten minutes, then I come back and it still says logging in. How can I fix this.

Upgrade to iPhone 5 or Samsung S4?

I know this question has been asked multiple times, but I was wondering what the opinion was based on my specific needs.
I am very tiny. 5'2 and my hands are maybe 6 inches from palm to tip of middle finger. I am a full time student and work full time as well. I'm constantly on the go and I do a lot of traveling!
Currently, I have an iPhone 4s. I'm very clumsy with it, and I have shattered it 5 times.It's a costly repair, so I'm currently just walking around with a shattered phone because my upgrade is coming up.
Anyways, I am an "apple snob" I guess. I have a MacBook Pro, that I love.As well as an iPad that I love as well. However, these items are not used as much as my phone is.So I love these products, and I think it's convenient to have an iPhone because the cloud saves my pictures to my MacBook. Which is very convenient.

With all that said my top gripes about a new phone are:
1) Battery Life: I need something with a very substantial battery life.As I said, I am constantly on the go. I am constantly checking emails and checking social media sites. Currenly, with my 4S I only get about 4-6 hours at a time and that's assuming my WiFi is off, my brightness is on it's lowest setting, and I cut back on using Internet based apps.
2) Size: As I said, I'm tiny. I'm not sure how big of a phone I could handle. I like things that can easily fit in one hand and I can text with one hand as well.
3) Stability: I need something that is going to provide very, very good stability throughout it's life.No battery wear, no malfunctions, etc.
4) Camera: I use my phone as a primary camera and would want the best of the best quality.

*Side Note:* If anybody has opinions about the 5S/6 whatever will be the next iPhone, you can use that in the comparison as well.

I share my apple ID with my husband. We both have iphones and whenever one of us downloads music or something, we both get it. I have been having space issues on my phone. I have an iPhone so can see when people have read my text messages which I sent them. There is a girl I like who I have been texting with loads this weekend, and we've been texting constantly for the past 3 days. My iPhone 4s wont connect to iTunes or Charge. Read Details?

Last night, I put my phone on the charger and when I woke up, it was completely dead, no charge what so ever. I thought maybe it was the usb cord so I used a different one and the same result, it wouldn't charge at all. I took it to school and tried to charge it using my school computers and it still would not work. When I got home, I plugged it into the computer charger (remind you, it's completely dead) and viola it charged on the battery screen where the battery is red. Then, my phone began to power on but as soon as the phone came on, my computer kind of rejected the USB saying it couldn't recognize the device and iTunes couldn't recognize it at all.My phone was only charged to 4 percent. After a while, iTunes recognized it just in time for me to do a quick backup and then bam, it's not recognizable again. The battery died out eventually and then again, it began to charge and power up, then it stopped charging.

I would try to put it on dfu mode but it wont work because I don't have a good enough charge.
What should I do? Help please. :)
Added (1). I tried 2 different charges, both using a computer and using a wall dock. I also tried to clean out the usb port on my phone, that didn't seem to help much.

I need medical advice on a wound/burn from a pro please?

I used apple cidar vinegar to treat two genital warts that my wonderful cheating wife gave me for Christmas. I would dip the Q-tip into the Apple cider vinegar then apply with pressure on the head of the wart for about an hour a day, almost for a week. After about a week it turned black, scabbed up and fell off. Now I have a crater/ant hill looking wound that may or may note be a chemical burn? I actually have two of them on my shaft about the size of bee-bee but one looks a little better than the other. They are a little raised and hollowed out in the center. The center Looks like it has a white-ish of off yellow sticky film on the bottom? It looks soft when viewed under a magnifying glass but it looks kinda like a to the naked eye. I have an iphone app that lets me look up close so I've been watching allot! Also, it's surrounded by a light pinkish tone circle that makes up the outside of the crater. For about 4 days now I've been bathing two to three times a day and keeping it covered in Neosporin to try and promote healing and prevent infection. I put fresh aloe plant on it a couple times too but it didn't seem too effective.It's not really getting worse, maybe a little better or at least not as bright? If it is improving though, it's very slow! The crater is not crazy deep but it's not really shallow either. Either way, I've never seen something other than a scab before so the whitish or yellowish material I see under the magnifying glass scares me a little.It almost looks like it could be soft or puss-like but I can't tell for sure. Any ideas would be very much appreciated? Am I treating it correctly? Does that sound like it's healing or something I should be concerned with? It doesn't hurt but like I said, that's not a scab I see so I could use some professional advice please? Also, how many days should this healing process take?

Switching itunes for iphone?

Hi so my dad got an iphone, used it for a few weeks, decided to switch, and gave it to me. I switched the carrier and etc.but now I'd like to put my own music on it, but to attach it to my itunes will erase some/all the information on it, my question is, what? I've already exported all the music I like, downloaded the photos, etc. But will I lose messages, notes, calendars? All that is what I'm curious about before I sync.

Is the Cricket Iphone5 worth it?

I already have a Iphone4s with verizon but am tired of paying so much
so I saw that cricket has Iphones, But then again I've had problems with my Iphone for sometime now!
so if I can get so help on if I should go with the Iphone or should I get somethng else?
and if I should go with something else will you also give me advice on whitch phone I should get?

Volume on iPhone works then randomly stops working?

Was listening to iheart radio from my ihome when music randomly stopped now nothing has volume, vibrate button is off when I go to which videos the volume bar isn't even there to turn it up or down. When I press the side volume button it says ringer speaker icon is full but no matter if I press it up or down it doesn't move, what could be the problem ?

What does apple need to do in the next iPhone to get back on the top?

Well I guess the real question is wtf is apple doing
Iphone5 was a great disappointment
Apple products do not have micro sd slots
Apple products have Bluetooth that only works on other apple products
There prices are very high and the phones not worth it
Apple fans ( including me ) had such high hopes for the iPhone 5 but it turned out that they only increased it by an inch, like wtf it should have been bigger, a column should have been extended as well
iOS has been same since the beginning, don't say bullshit regarding passbook bacause there's probably one person in the whole that uses it

My question to you is what should apple do in order to get its market back from android?

I have a iphone 4 and a 3G plan with 2 GB of data. I only use twitter in it. Does twitter take up a lot of data? I have version as my carrier.
