IPhone 5 Wall/Outlet Charger Not Working?

So my iPhone 5 charger doesnt work when i plug it into the wall. Well, it ONLY works when my phone is completely out of battery and then i plug it in and the "out of battery" sign comes up and the phone opens and it shows 1% battery… but then it stops.i dont know why.it is not the adapter's problem because I fixed it today.could it be the wire's problem? but it "does work" like my phone did charge 1%, but it wont keep charging.when i plug it into my computer, it charges perfectly, but plugging it into the wall will not work.It is not the outlet's problem because i have charged in all different outlets in all different places., and it doesnt work. I have tried plugging it in and out, plugging in phone first then outlet, and slowly pushing in the charger, but nothing works.please help!

One day my brother just came home with a brand new iPhone 5 (Box, Ear phones, everything was brand new) can't really recall how he got it. Best/Cheapest way to buy/replace a lost iPhone for Sprint service?

About 2 weeks ago my husband lost his phone. He called Sprint and Apple and despite having service contracts they obviously can't do anything if it's lost/stolen (we had the apple care.)
I feel really bad for him because I know how upset he is, they're obviously nice (and expensive) phones and we didn't just want to drop about $500+ at Sprint or Apple for a new one (and we're less than a year into our contract.)
He won't care if it's refurbished or used, just as long as he can have the convenience of having an iPhone again.
Any (real/applicable) answers would be appreciated! =)

My iPhone 5 doesn't respond when charging?

I got a white iPhone 5 today and everything was fine until I needed to use it while charging. When I tap or slide or attempt to use the touchscreen while charging, it doesn't respond but when I unplug it, it works perfectly again. I am using the factory charger plugged into the mains.

Hii friends, i want to purchase a 32gb apple cell phone becoz i have a macbook air 2012 model i purchased last year.i figured out if i go with a android, i wont b able to do anything more other than file transfer with cabel n bluetooth.n if i hav a iPhone, i can hav the most of icloud, then i can iMessage using my macbook.n much functions.so i decided to hav a iphone.
now the point is that, i am confused what to buy, iPhone 5, or iphone 5S (releasing this june-july.and maybe takes a month to reach India). they say that apple is going to increase the processor capacity, then some more modifications for 5S. and now my exams are finished and i have a lot of free time in the vacations n by july my coleg will start again.so i am having problems to decide to get a iphone 5 purchase it now or wait for iphone 5S n purchase it in july.

How to clean iPhone otter box case?

Hi everyone! So I recently got a new otter box case for my iPhone 4S and it's pink & white. I put my phone in my back pocket a lot and today the jean ink rubbed off on the white part of my case. Sunday night i purchased an iphone 5 from a friend that asked to borrow 225 dollars.As collateral he gave me the phone ensuring that he could go get the money right away. When he came back he asked for his phone back but no longer had my 225. Monday morning he pulled up outside my house with a pistol on his lap asking me wheres the phone and to get in the car with him. When i refused he pulled off. Later while i was walking my dog and know one was in my home he went inside my home in search of the phone but couldnt find it because i had it with me. Instead he took the charger and box for the phone. Later that day he began to call and send threatening text messages stating that next time he sees me he is going to slap the *** out of me and anyone else. He continued to threaten me via until he eventually stared that he was going to come back to my home to beat me up and if he seen a gun on someone we would see one too. Later he texted me saying he was going to come to my house i asked him nicely three times not to. When he came to my door i stood inside and asked him to leave but he refused. He then began to knock very aggresively on my front door upon opening the door to ask him to leave i felt threatened so i struck him with my hand to get him back. I then went into my home while he stood outside my house with his shirt off making more threats. Later on that day he called me stating that if i did not give him the phone back he would press assault and battery charges on me. Might i add he is 25 and has a history of simple battery charges for beating up his girlfriend and i am 21 with no record what so ever. Can i be charged or not?

HELP am i hacked? this account is very important to me!

Everything was okay until yesterday my iPhone kept saying: Cannot get mail. The user name or password for "Hotmail" is incorrect.

So I switched on my comp and tried to log in with my hotmail account, it says:

I am very sure I typed correctly, and i tried it many times! When i tried to change my password (can't access your password? --> email me a reset link), it says:

I don't remember having this account. I guessed it was pianist@hotmail.com. And when i tried doing the same thing it says the same thing, except that the email was em***@yahoo.com. I am sure i don't have this account.

Should I get the T-mobile iPhone 5 or wait for the iPhone 5s?

So currently I have an iPhone 4 and was extremely excited to hear that my phone company, T-Mobile, is finally getting the apple products. I'm thinking of selling my iPhone 4 for $200 to my uncle so I could purchase the iPhone 5 for T-Mobile, but then again there are tons of rumors around the internet saying that the iPhone 5s might be releasing this summer.

I work too much - how do I stop feeling empty?

I work 10 hours a day with an additional hour of commute time. When I get home, I have barely enough time to cook/eat dinner & clean up, let alone have any hobbies. I try to lift weights a couple times a week, but I easily lose the motivation to do that if there's something seemingly more important to do. I don't spend enough time with my girlfriend even though she lives with me.At night I'm always super tired but have a hard time sleeping because I feel like I haven't done anything with my day at all.My car's falling apart. Weekends are full of sleep & cleaning because there's not enough time to clean during the week. All I have left, friend-wise, is one friend who lives 45 minutes away (we don't talk that much anymore) & my brother who doesn't drive. I live paycheck to paycheck.No wifi, no cable. I want to spend all my free time with my girlfriend, but it's frustrating feeling like without any hobbies or friends I'm less of a person than I was when she met me & it leaves me feeling empty & irritable. I feel like I'm not good company to be around anymore. But I need to work -- she doesn't make enough money to help with rent or groceries. What should I do to stop feeling so empty? Are there any simple bonding activities that we can do together as a couple other than washing the dishes? When I get home from work, she's glued to her iPhone & I feel bad asking her to spend time with me, mentally. I feel like the internet is more interesting than I am.

I'm going to Thailand for nearly 3 weeks at the end of the month and I'm undecided as to whether or not I should take my DSLR! My phone all of a sudden was closing my apps and so I turned off my iPhone then turned of back on

Can I file lawsuit against Hotel for discrimination?

My partner and I have been staying at a hotel for almost 2 years now. I started taking online College classes a year ago. Recently I have not been able to log on WiFi but could using my iPhones have heard that office is blocking out IP address's that are logged on excessively. I am on WiFi daily because I am taking online college courses. The office was aware of my classes. Not bring able to do assignments resulted in me being dropped from class which means I will now have to pay for my class out if pocket fee $1200.
The manager has increasingly gotten Rude with me and even though for nearly 2 months office allowed us to pay when my partner to get off work and pay our daily rental fee. The last 2 months office would call and say its 11.am pay or get out. This in turn would Stress me out because 1 being here for 2 years we accumulated a lot of stuff. Then the last two weeks they have been charging us $10 per hour late fee they call it yet no where in office is there this late fee posted. Paying an hourly late fee almost sounds like they rent rooms by the hour. She charges people what she wants and others none can they legally do this?

So my mom just gave me her old iPhone 4S, but my step dad doesn't want me having a phone right now. (How should I tell him with our him taking it back? IPhone cannot detect my home wifi?

I recently got an iPhone 4 which was previously owned. The owner had no problem detecting the wifi but for some reason, the phone won't detect my own home wifi. I've restored the phone, reset the network settings, looked up everything & nothing seems to work! It's incredibly annoying as I need the wifi to work as I need internet access when I'm at home.My iPad can connect to the wifi with no problem, it's just the phone.

Can I still fix a water damaged iPhone?

Basically I dropped my phone in the toilet and I turned it off and put it in rice as soon as I got home. I waited a week and it never turned back on, so I'm guessing the phone is completely dead. There are 2 iPhones on one account. Just yesterday, a message was sent from one but it appeared on the other and the other received the reply. IPhone 4s won't send message to one person all of a sudden.?

I was messaging someone who uses an iphone 3GS. I sent a lot of messages over the space of 30 minutes as well as calling the same number. I then proceeded to send another message after the call, and it won't send. "Not Delivered" pops up at the bottom of the message.
My service is fine.
I know that the person has turned their phone off, would this stop the message from sending? Or is there a limit to how many/how long the messages can be? It is a pretty long message, but I have sent long ones before. I tried shortening it, I tried removing the capitals from my overly excited exclamations. I tried restarting the phone too.It isn't an iMessage either, just a normal SMS.

How to downgrade back to IOS 6.1.2?

I mistakenly updated my iPhone 4S to IOS 6.1.3. I am planing on using the evasi0n jailbreak but it currently does not support IOS 6.1.3. I know there is a way to go back to IOS 6.1.2 but I cannot recall it.It would help if you could provide me a link to the website or give me instructions.

Can i get my photos off my stolen iPhone?

I had the iPhone 5 until yesterday when i was pick pocketed in paris.i was on a vacation and had a lot of photos on my phone.does anyone know of any way i could get my photos? i don't know what the deal is with my iCloud, i think i might have tried to set it up on my phone and never actually did it, but i don't really know.i know that the photo stream was never turned on connecting my phone and computer.any information would be appreciated.

What does it mean if a guy takes ages to respond to a text?

I'm getting to know a guy that I think may like me. I like him too, so of course I'm at that stage where I'm over-analyzing everything! We have iPhones and when we text, I am able to see when he has 'seen' the text message. He must have this setting feature turned on. He takes hours to respond to my texts, yet I can see when he has received and read them hours earlier. If he has read my message, why not respond more quickly? Could he unsure of what to say? Or maybe he doesn't want to appear too eager? Might he not like me?

Why is my iPhone losing battery fast?

My iPhone 4S is losing it's battery quite rapily. Every minute or two it loses 1%, its never been like this.It takes quite a while to charge fully too, it would be on 20% and 15 minutes later it would be on 53%. I just got my cracked screen fixed at the mall, if that has anything to do with it.

I charge it overnight if it doesnt have that much battery too. I've turned down the brightness to way less than half, bluetooth is off, I get wifi from my house, and auto-brightness is off.

Whenever I read on wattpad, it loses about 1% every 5 minutes or so, but now, it's losing 1% like every 2-3 minutes! Does this mean I have to go get the battery replaced? :/ Or is there any way of making my phones battery last longer? Thanks xx :)
