Basically I dropped my phone in the toilet and I turned it off and put it in rice as soon as I got home. I waited a week and it never turned back on, so I'm guessing the phone is completely dead. Even if it is completely dead for, water damage, can I still do something to fix it? Is there some where cheap to fix it? I have to pay 199 at the apple store to get a refurbished one but my mom doesn't want to spend that much right now.
