i'm thinking of getting a new iphone next month but my dad suggested i wait for the new ones in September, what do you guys think and if you think i should get one of the current iphones which should i get the 8 plus or the X?

I recently bought an iPhone for my little sister off of ebay and when I tried setting it up for her it said that the phone had an iCloud Activation Lock. I don't know and can't contact the previous owner so I can't get their apple ID to sign in so I can unlock the device. What do i do?

IPhone app question?

I use the Timehop app. Right now I'm on a 611 day streak of posting(each day if you post from you're timehop you extend you're steak.). The problem I'm running into know is when I open the app it keeps crashing I tried to reboot my phone, and delete and reinstall the app buts not working. I don't want my streak to end. How do you find who owns a web hosting company?

There's some pop up site that keeps popping up on my Iphone 7. It's constantly changing the address so I keep blocking the sites, but they just keep creating a new address. They all end with ".top" - I've tried blocking ".top" hoping it will block any/all addresses that end with it, but it doesn't do it. On top of the pop ups it keeps using, the ones I've blocked keep popping up with a message to unblock it! I'd like to find out who owns this ".top" hosting to contact them to insist they stop and report them for sending these popups. My phone and Safari are updated. I'm not even sure if this is a Safari issue. Is there a way to load some other browser on the phone to see if it stops these popups?

What is the difference between deducting the purchase price of something vs A monthly subscription fee?

My question is what is the difference between deducting the cost of the purchase of a cell phone vs. The monthly cost of using it? Do you always have to buy the cheapest you can get away with ie. Paying $800 for an iPhone when an $80 phone would do the job just fine. Also some of the equipment was purchased in previous years. My parents have always made me go to a tax place to have my taxes done but all they do is use the W2 from my full-time job give me the standard deduction and tell me they can't use anything esle. In previous years I wasn't even trying to do a business and made $0 in income. This year I was told I either had to make some extra money to pay for my equipment or sell it if I wasn't going to use it. Sadly, I'd likely get $50 from selling everything.

We're also looking at things like purchasing $300 Peavey speakers for a DJ show with I could order Marathon speakers for $135 each that do the same thing. Most real professionals will go with the Peavey, while the guys who like to undercut everyone and put on a show $50 for the whole evening will use the cheapest they can get.

I wanted to do my own taxes this year but my parents told me "no" because we don't know for sure that they won't need more than my W2, but I'm going to guess they won't. I'd like to try Credit Karma Tax, but what if I'm wrong? I just didn't like the way H&R Block charged me up the nose last year and the guy acted like he wasn't interested in anything but my W2.

How to make a facebook account that won't get immediately disabled?

A couple of months ago my facebook got a weird bug or hacked and then after that I got it back and added a bunch of people I met on a night out. After I added them Facebook told me to only add people I know which was odd then it got disabled and asked for a picture. I added a normal selfie and ID and 2 months later nothing.

They're absolutely no help and now whnever I make a new one they disable it maybe because they recognise my picture or ip?

So how can I make my account again? I've seen people have mentioned to change my ip or use a VPN, but I don't know how to do that. Is ther any apps I can use to get around it on the iphone? Any help I would love

And please don't tell me I should stop making accounts or just contact facebook because they don't care and nowadays facebook is pretty useful and at college people use it for communicating over group projects and I can't get involved! Please help x

IPhone 6 Stuck in a 'restart loop'?

My phone has been randomly restarting recently and now it's gotten to the point where it's stuck on the restart screen (black background and white apple logo), I've tried the force restart where you hold down the home button and sleep button but nothing seems to be working, plugging it into iTunes isn't working either because it connects and then restarts again which causes a disconnect.

Any solutions would be appreciated, preferably without needing to restore the phone again as I have some photos on there I'd like to keep.

How do I prevent Google Hangouts battery loss?

It takes up literally 25 percent every 30 minutes on screen, 45 in the background (according to Battery Usage). Anyone have a similar problem or got any ideas to prevent this? I turned off Background App Refresh or whatever it's called.

Questions about the iPhone 7 Plus?

I'm thinking about getting the iPhone 7 Plus (I might get the 7 but I'll likely get the 7 plus) but I have a few questions about the 7 plus before I get it:
1. I have an iPhone 6 right now and it has an awful battery meaning it drains quicker than usual and I've gone to Apple many times and they've said my phone was okay. I know something about Apple slowing down the iPhones because of some unexpected shut down and they apologized and lowered the battery replacement from $79 to $29. Will my iPhone 7 Plus have the same battery problem?
2. I know the iPhone 7 Plus is about $120 more than the iPhone 7, but is it really worth the price? I don't understand the difference between the two besides one being bigger than the other.
3. My iPhone 6 is very glitchy and crashes a lot (it actually just did a minute ago) Will the 7 plus crash and glitch a lot? My 6 has a glitch problem with Snapchat for some reason.
4. (Not so serious) I'm one of those people who is very picky about choosing the color for my iPhone. I looked at all the colors online and I eliminated a few. So which would you choose out of these two: jet black or silver.

My 10 year old daughter is being bad and constantly has an attitude

She talks back time constantly and makes fun of her 7 year old brother because he had 2 baby teeth pulled. She also has phase 1 braces and I have to nag her to brush and floss her teeth. She also won't clean her room unless I force her and help her or do it myself. She also threw a tantrum because I wouldn't buy her clothes from aeropostale. She is already starting puberty and is so moody and irritable constantly. I took her bedroom door, tv, tablet, and iPhone away because she kicked and punched her brother last night. She will get those things back on Wednesday and she can get ready in the bathroom in the mornings. I told her that the door, tablet, tv, and iPhone are privilideges, not rights. She screamed "you can't take my door away, it is not fair." I told her that the bathroom is for privacy. She is so disrespectful like she will say "shut up talking to me hoe." What is wrong with her? My friend keeps grabbing my phone and I hate it so much?

I have an iPhone 6s, and so does my friend. She's had hers for almost 2 years, but I only got mine a few months ago for my birthday. I take care of mine and everything, but she doesn't respect mine!

Some examples of what she did\does:

1) I laugh at a meme or a video, and show my friends. The others look at it and laugh and everything, but she GRABS IT from my hand to hold it and see.

2) She loves the famous ice skater Patrick Chan because he's 'half Chinese and Canadian like her' but I wasn't convinced. And I can tell because I'M full Chinese. So I look it up, and sure enough he's full Chinese, but is from Canada (like me). She says "let me see", so I hold my phone tightly in my hand but I face the screen towards her, not wanting her to take it, and she rips it out of my hand! And the way she does it, I'm scared it'll slip out of her hands and fall and shatter!

3) I was showing my friends a text I got from a guy, who was asking for some sexy pictures of me, and we were all like "omg f boy alert' and 'ewww how dare he' and then she had scissors in her hand because she was cutting some paper, so she points at the screen WITH her scissors, and they hit the screen!

I've told her I don't want her grabbing my phone, and she says she won't do it again, but she does! I ask her why she doesn't use her own phone, and her excuse is "I can't connect to the wifi of the school" and "I don't need to use it"

How can I stop her from using or touching my phone?

I'm obsessed with taking screenshots?

I know it sounds ridiculous but I currently have 32,250 pictures in my iPhone camera roll and they're basically all screenshots.

I think something is seriously wrong with me
For ex: I'll be watching a YouTube video or just watch something on Netflix and I'll end up taking around 30-50 screenshots throughout and I sometimes take 10 screenshots in a row just because it "feels satisfying" or feels right
And I'll just keep repeating that

And even if I'm just on instagram. I'll literally take pictures of every single picture and comment even though I know I'll never look back at them
