IPhone 6s Water Damage?

So basically my phone fell in the toilet for literally 3 seconds. I pulled it out, took off the case, dried it off, and put it in rice. I later read to turn it off so I got it and turned it off. Before then it was acting kind of glitchy. I turned it on about 30 minutes later and the glitch was gone. I was on it for about 10 minutes when lines appeared and it went black. I put it back in the rice but I do not know if it is turned off… Suggestions?

So i would like to buy an iphone 7 off of boost mobile's site, but I want it to have metropcs coverage for a prepaid plan and activate it with them. Would i be able to do this? I don't know if they work on the same network (GSM or CDMA) or if that even makes a difference. Or would i have to pay extra to just unlock the phone completely?

Friend sold me iPhone that was reported stolen/missing

So i bought an iphone from friend, He told me it was his wife phone and he was selling it blah blah blah. The phone ended up being blacklisted meaning the phone was called in as lost or stolen. So its useless. So i've been trying to get him to give me my money back and he's been no ******* help. And he stopped replying so today I basically told him that if I don't get my money I was going to involeve authorities and he got mad and basically told me I was going to help you but since you wanna be a ***** you can **** off. So now I'm stuck, I payed cash and he game me the phone at my job so its on camera and I have the texts from him coming to bring it, how much he was asking and other info. I hate being the person that threatens with police and he is my friend but wtf am I supposed to do if I got no answers back. I don't want to get him in trouble like that but I'm not going to lose money…

How can I revive my water-damaged iPhone 5S?

Two days ago, I accidentally dropped my phone in a dish full of water. I didn't realize I had dropped my phone in at first, so it was probably in the water for a good 2-3 seconds. Then I wiped it off and laid it down in rice, covered it with rice, closed the container, and left it in there for about ten hours. When I checked my phone the next morning, it wasn't turning on. A few hours later, I put it in the rice again, and its been in there for about 49 hours now. I have taken it out 3 times in the 49 hours to check on it, and it still won't turn on when I plug it in or hold down the power button. Is there a chance of reviving my phone at all, or does it sound like its beyond repair? What are some other efficient ways to draw the water out of my phone?

Hair and style advice, basically what should my style be like?

So, I'm a guy and I'm 18, soon-ish 19.

First, about my hair:

I want my hair to be longer kinda in the front, so it is capable of covering my eyes (even though I have glasses so it won't bother me), for some nice colored bangs and I kinda want it a dark red because I have really black hair, and I know it would be easy; the shades aren't that different. How should I dye it besides coloring all of my hair there? Maybe just color near the ends? Also I kinda always looked about 3 years younger than my actual age.

Now about my clothes:

So I don't have a lot of clothes that I want now, mostly because I used to be 179 lbs about a year ago and like then, I'm 5' 6". I went down to like 148 lbs recently and somehow I only have pants that are size 34x30s and 30x30s. I got a waist size of 31" approximately and my 30x30s are a bit tight still, lol. If I do get some new 32x30s (which is what I need and is between,) what kind should I get? I kinda don't know what style clothes I really like but I know I want maybe a hoodie that matches maybe a darker color scheme (I kinda want one that isn't expensive… But it should look fine, yeah). My favorite color is red but I know I have a whole lot of red clothes, and I think I need different clothes.

Oh, I should mention this too:

Is there like any kinds of apps for iPhone where you can get this advice from an actual person in the app and maybe send my pictures and all that? (If you need my picture here to answer my questions, then yeah I guess I can see if I can put one up.)

If I purchased an iPhone with an apple rewards Barclay credit card and the phone is stolen what should I do?

Someone stole my gym bag which had my phone, keys and the rest of my belongings. I purchased the phone x back in may with the Barclay credit card with apple rewards, which I was just approved for at the time. Is there anything that Barclay may do to help the situation? Like file a claim or something. I filed a police report and all. Its a cruel world out there that someone would do this to a college student. It just doesn't make sense to continue to pay for a phone that is not in my possession or being used, but I do not want to ruin my credit. No, I do not have apple care.
