IPhone 5 texting isn't working.?

Every time I try to open my messages it just goes to a blank texting page and then closes itself down. I have tried that thing where you hold down the home button and the lock button at the same time but that hasn't worked. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Which of these 3 should I get?

Okay so my family and I have reached a resolution on the smartphone problem. If I get straight A's this or next quarter I can get a smartphone. There is a catch-the phone has to be free. These are my three wanted phones.:
Apple iPhone 4-If I get this I will have to wait till June when my mom gets an upgrade and gets an iPhone too. I will also only be getting 8gb(the cheapest)
HTC Rezound-The screen size is perfect, the memoryis perfect.
Xperia Play-I love this phone especially considering I do a lot of of gaming on the go. Unfortunately, the reviews are not all that great

Is T-Mobile/EE Down Right Now? Anyone Else Got Signal?

Hi, Im on T-Mobile but i when i did have signal it always said EE next to my signal bars.Im on a iPhone 4s and my signal was fine this morning but now it just says "No Service". Some times i get a one or two bar signal for a min or 2. If i go to to carrier settings and switch off automatic I can pick up O2 and Vodafone.Im in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Can I use my iPhone as a wired keyboard?

Hi, my keyboard recently broke, and my computer isn't booting without the keyboard and I have work that I need to access from it.Is there any way that I can use my iPhone as a wired keyboard to connect to my computer? I am jail broken if that helps. Also, I haven't just bought another keyboard because I don't have much use for that specific computer I just need to take the work from it and I can use my other computer (can't use the keyboard for that because it's wireless and won't boot up with it). I am so addicted to my phone and fb that I don't do anything the while day rather i waste all my time on fb or just texting. I don't know wat to do. Hi everyone, so about 10 months ago I dropped and shattered the screen on my iPhone 4S. I went into apple and they said it would cost $199 to replace the entire phone since they are unable to replace the screen. I know many people are able to replace the screen. However I know of people who replaced it and it didn't work as well. I was wondering, now with the iPhone 5 out, would it still cost $199 to replace? Or would it cost $99? Since that is what the iPhone 4S is worth now?

Okay so the other day I get these songs from a friend on memory stick so I copy them into Itunes. Forgetting that I had to copy the files on to my computer, the files are no longer on the computer and Itunes is telling me to locate them. Luckily, I got them all on my iphone 5 before losing them so I'm wondering if there is a way to send them to the computer without losing them on the iphone as well.

Iphone 4s contract changing to iphone 5?

I opened a contract with Orange in October for the black iphone 4s at a rate of £36 a month for unlimited minutes and texts and 1GB internet. Yesterday however I lost the phone and have no insurance therefore I was intending to buy the iphone 5. Obviously the iphone 5 has a nano sim card compared to the 4s with a micro sim card, and i was wondering if anyone knew if i would be able to change my contract over to the iphone 5 without my monthly payments going up?

Whenever I leave my house or do not have wi-fi connection, the space where the 3g/wi-fi symbol should be has a little circle there.i can't always connect to 3g, when I have no wi-fi, so I have no internet.how can i sort this out and actually connect to and use 3g?

also, does having twitter logged in all the time use my internet that i'm paying for? or you know when you double click the home button and the apps you've recently used come up, if i get rid of it from there, will it not use my internet in a non wi-fi zone?

And it says its processing, but it also says its back ordered.

I'm Scared of My New Touchscreen!

My old phone's mic didn't work, so I got a new phone in it's place.It's a HTC Evo 4g- which is a touchscreen.My stepfather has the same phone while my brother and mother both have iPhones- so we're kind of a touchscreen family. But I've begun to worry. Where do I put my phone in school. Usually I just pop my old phone into a flap but I'm scared to do that now! And pockets, always zipped right? I'm scared! Upgrading to an iphone? Advice?

I have a Samsung Intensity phone which I have had for roughly 2 1/2 years.It currently is so broken that I can't make phone calls and when I flip it open the screen goes black. NEedless to say I need a new phone. What I'm interested in is getting an iPhone 4S. Alarm clock on my iPhone 4 being unreliable?

It's an old phone I guess, and every time I put an alarm, it goes off once (if I'm lucky, sometimes it doesn't even go off at all) and if I hit snooze, it doesnt go off a second time. I tried setting multiple alarms but none ever go off and I have like 7 of them set 5 minutes apart.

I tried calling apple but apparently my tech support assistance has expired, which is complete bull if you ask me.

Help when typing a router ip into the URL bar?

I'm connected to my school wifi (on my iPhone) and I've been trying to get the router IP, the one you type into the URL bar to get to the router page (index page?), but it wont connect.It isn't the usual IP where it starts with 192, instead it starts with 172, and from my knowledge trying to connect using that kind of IP will try connect you to the device you're currently using, resulting in a connection error. If anyone could let me know how to access it through my iPhone, or a way to get an alternate IP address, it would be really appreciated.
I have also read somewhere that i may be able to connect using one of the school desktops (not sure if true) but i would like that to be a last resort.

So I bought the HTC one s from T-Mobile in June 2012 so I had it almost a year now. I had to

Yep. I know doing this voids the warranty, and I accept that. I just want to be able to do some minor tweaks, such as change the keyboard color, font, icons… I want to know y'alls opinions on it, some pros and cons, and when I do this, is there anything that I won't be able to do with my iPhone after I jail break it? Like will it still make calls, and will I still have a monthly bill to pay? (Parents pay it, don't want them having a surprise at the end of the month… )

I had varsity baseball tryouts today after school and there were a ton of guys trying out. I was not up for about 30 mins so I sat down next to a girl who was trying out for softball. Normally I use a internet browsing iPhone app called Puffin that used to allow for Flash Player but the Flash Player part doesnt on my phone anymore. I also used to use video downloading apps like Vdownload and Free Video but these have stopped working too.

I also need a good website to watch TV shows/movies on iPhone. I normally use movie2k novamov and putlocker on my laptop but these don't work on my iPhone due to them needing Flash Player. Are there any other ways to watch TV shows/movies on iPhone?

I work 8-5 during the day and i leave my dog alone in the bathroom. She has bad behavioral problems and it is do difficult to train her when i am not there. I have set up a live feed camera to see what she is doing 24/7. She has a bad tendency to eat her feces. I was wondering if there are things out there and what they are called. I imagine a device i set on my bathroom counter and when she does something bad on my end i can press a button from my iphone or computer and that device makes a buzzer sound.Do you any of you have any idea? IPhone won't charge past 1%?

I had full charge this morning and then when I next looked it was at 50% and then 1%. I know iPhone batteries are bad but this?
Anyway I put my phone on to charge but this wasn't working so I turned it off and tried to turn it back on but it won't turn on. If the phone thinks it's only 1% full it wont turn on.
Help!

Websites not loading completely?

I have a wireless USB adapter connected to my laptop because my internal wireless card has crappy signal ( Dell XPS l521x for some who may know about this problem). I haven't had any problems till now with it. Last week it suddenly began to not load websites completely (images looked very strange, or didn't load at all, videos don't load completely on YouTube).It happens with all browsers but only when I connect to the wireless network WITH the adapter. If I connect to my iPhone's hot spot, for instance, WITH the adapter there are no problems and if I connect to the wireless network WITHOUT the adapter (though the signal is weak) there are no problems. What is the problem? I cleared the cache, updated windows… etc.but it still won't work.

Modem resets when laptop connected via wifi?

When I connect my laptop to network via wifi it resets modem as if I was just turn it on. I have spoken to tech support they seem to think there is a problem with my wireless modem but it connects fine and doesn't drop out with iPhones smart tv etc so I can't see how it could be a wireless problem. When I connect laptop direct to Ethernet it doesn't drop out. Could there be a problem with wifi in the laptop?

Iphone 4 fell in water.left in rice 3 days.backlight turns on nothing else?

Had phone in pocket and went in ocean.it was fully submerged.waited an hour and got rice.left it in for 3 days, then turned it on and didnt work.took battery out and left in for 1 day then let it charge or 10 mins and turned it on. The apple logo came on and flickered and vibrating pulse couple of times then did not come on. What should i do?

I think I killed my iPhone 4S?

Oh my christ. Okay, so I was using my iPhone 4S normally today, and keep in mind this happened literally 5 minutes ago.It was getting super hot, and I assumed it was just getting a little overheated, so I took the case off and kept using it. Then all of the sudden, it just died. The power was I think at around 20% battery, but it was plugged into my computer when this happened.

I assumed it just needed to cool down, so I opened my window, and let my phone rest beside the window, and in about 10 minutes it was back to regular temperature. I plugged my phone into the wall (where it currently is) and normally when your phone dies it can be powered on to show that it's either charging, or needs to be plugged in.It has shown me nothing.

I've tried pressing and holding the power button, pressing and holding the power and home button, quickly pressing the home button, anything, and it's completely dead. What do I do! Help!!!

IPhone taking up to 14 hours to restore from back up?

I screwed up the software on my iPhone a couple days ago, so yesterday I took it to the Apple Store and got it restored or whatever. And I backed everything up before I messed everything up so I know everything is on my computer. The thing though is that when I hit restore from back up, it freezes half way through and says it's gonna take like 15 or 16 hours. And I know it shouldn't take that long but I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I left it on all night and it did nothing.It froze and didn't do anything. I'm frustrated and I need help. What should I do? How do I get it to stop taking so long. The Apple guy said it should only take around 20 minutes and I don't have THAT much data on my phone to begin with. Help please???

My IPhone 5 won't charge, HELP!

My iPhone5 won't charge.It looks like chords are twisted inside the charger because at the adapter to be connected into the phone under it, it has a bump and every time I touch it I hear cracking.It charges for about 1 seconds tops. This has happened before, and it would charge at all. I went to Optus and they told me to go to the apple store to get a new one and I did.It cost $25, it was supposed to be free because of the warranty. I have had this new charge for about 4 months and its happening again! HELP! I can't go but another one because they just cost to much! I really, really need your help!

I have a problem with my iPhone 4?

Well, I was using my phone and there was no problem. I left it for a while (10 minutes or so) to go do something. When I come back I try to turn on my phone and it doesn't. I assumed the battery was dead so I plugged in the charger. I noticed that when I plugged in the charger.My computer detected the phone but when I hold the power button it doesn't show the charging icon or anything. Could my screen be broken? Also, I noticed that my computer detects my phone as an unknown device.

So the problem is:
My iPhone 4 wont turn on for some reason even though my computer detects it as an unknown device.

Should I remove the plastic on the back of my iPhone?

I've had an iPhone 4 since Christmas and there is this little plastic tab near the spot where the charger goes I've taken off my back cover and realized it is attached to some plastic stuck to the back of the iPhone. I'm not sure if I should take the plastic off or not cause I don't know if it will get scratched if I take it off the little plastic tab is kind of annoying and in the way. The other people in my family who have an iPhone don't seem to have a plastic tab on theirs so they must of taken theirs off.So should I remove the plastic on the back of the iPhone attached to the tab or should I leave it there?

IPhone iCloud Storage problem?

This message has come up
"Not Enough Storage
this iPhone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available.you can mange your storage in settings "
and then i have the option to either click "close" or "settings" but the problem is, that this message has come up while the phone was locked and every time i try to Click close or settings neither of the buttons work, its like it has crashed or something and i have no idea what to do, i try ed turning it off but i couldn't because the message just stayed there and wouldn't let me shut down, i also try ed someone calling it and connecting it to iTunes on a computer but nothing has worked please help, its very annoying and nothing is working.

Can I escape from being loner and loser type kid?

I am 22 years old guy.
I have no friends at all, never even had any dates or relationship with any girls.
I was loner for pretty much for my entire life, no one really knew me that well.
I was type of guy who was always taken advantage of, ripped off by someone, and everyone around me pretty much just used me for their own goods. Nobody really cared about me or even like me.
When I say hi to people, they ignore, when I see people from high school, they all ignore me.
I had people who I used to hang out with, but I stopped contacting them and I just ignored them cause I just did not want to be around them.
I have zero contacts on my Iphone now.
Am I considered as a loser?
I want to change myself, and want to have relationship with girls and have life, but it is really hard for me to even make a friend.
I have limited social skill, I am horrible at talking, I just can not keep up with conversation with people.
Whenever I try to make friends, they always just use me and take advantage of me for their own goods, they do not care about me.
I am just tired of being taken advantage of and used by people ya know?
What should I do, any Advice?

Hey guys i'm going to buy a new mobile tonight but i have problem finding a good one.
Well i have htc chacha, the problem is that's a bit slow and everytime i use viber or instagram it hangs!:D and btw the camera isn't good too!
The other thing that i have ipod 5 and iphone 5 isn't a good selection switch because besides calling and texting it does nothing more than my ipod!
Lg 895 is good idea but it's a bit big!!:D
Any ideas and information about ur phone or the mobiles u know???

No Service for unlocked, JB iPhone 3g 4.2.1?

I have an unlocked, JB iPhone 3g 4.2.1.It was working fine for years and I was able to change sim cards with no problem.

Yesterday is when the I first experienced this "No Service" problem. When I turn on my iPhone it asks for my pin and immediately, without searching, it says: "No Service"

These are the things I have already tried:
-holding down sleep and home button to reboot
-removing sim card and then putting it back in
-putting a different sim card in the phone but the same thing happens (so it's not a sim card problem)
-toggled on and off airplane mode
-Settings-->General-->Network-->change… toggles to see if different setting helped
-Settings-->General-->Reset-->Reset Network Settings
-Setting-->Phone-->My Number says "Unknown" (and I can't change it)

Any other ideas?

Why do so many cheat on iPhone games?

It has gotten bad. Games like words with friends and ruzzle are no longer fun because so many people cheat at them.It is at a point where when someone has a really high score that you don't know whether they are a really skilled player or just a cheater and that sucks. I wil now stop playing against those I really suspect are cheating.

Should I return my iPhone 5 for Samsung Galaxy S4?

Just less than a month ago, I purchased an unlocked iPhone 5 to use on T-Mobile. The internet speed is EXTREMELY SLOW (it's Edge!) because T-MO has yet to upgrade the towers near me to support iPhone 5 (which they are supposedly going to do in the coming months when they plan on selling the phone themselves). The phone itself is nice, I enjoy going on it.It was very expensive though and I do think the S4 will be a lot cheaper if T-Mobile is offering a contract for it.

Samsung is announced the S4 and it looks promising. I really like some of the features it offers, although I realize I'll miss out on the great apps that Apple's app store offers.

What should I do - keep iPhone and wait for T-Mobile to upgrade the speed compatibility or return it and wait for the S4?

My iphone has been water damaged :-?

Okay so ive been using my iPhone without a home button for 1 week now as the button was loose and fell off, and now tonight i accidently spillt my glass of water onto it and i assume its actually gone into the screen because theirs now this see through shadow on my screen and it actually moves every-time i tilt my screen but my touch screen is working perfectly i don't know what to do? ive put it in a bowl of rice and im going to wait for 1 hour and see if that does anything at all.

Airtel Internet speed issue Rs199 plan?

I am using airtel internet on ma iphone5. Its a rs 199 plan. The company promised to provide 60-70 kbps speed upto 2 gb and 40 kbps afterwards. But i did'nt even received more than 15 kbps. I called them several times. Reseted my internet(cellular data) settings and changed the place of use. But i never received the speed as promised n i still have to pay Rs 199. can anybody help?
My Iphone is not jail breaked! and there is no scope for manual settings .
