I am using airtel internet on ma iphone5. Its a rs 199 plan. The company promised to provide 60-70 kbps speed upto 2 gb and 40 kbps afterwards. But i did'nt even received more than 15 kbps. I called them several times. Reseted my internet(cellular data) settings and changed the place of use. But i never received the speed as promised n i still have to pay Rs 199. can anybody help?
My Iphone is not jail breaked! and there is no scope for manual settings .
