Had phone in pocket and went in ocean.it was fully submerged.waited an hour and got rice.left it in for 3 days, then turned it on and didnt work.took battery out and left in for 1 day then let it charge or 10 mins and turned it on. The apple logo came on and flickered and vibrating pulse couple of times then did not come on. What should i do?
