I have a Samsung Intensity phone which I have had for roughly 2 1/2 years.It currently is so broken that I can't make phone calls and when I flip it open the screen goes black. NEedless to say I need a new phone. What I'm interested in is getting an iPhone 4S. I wanted to know if that qualifies as an automatic upgrade or if I still have to pay the $100.My family has Verizon and we won't be switching off of Verizon. Any advice?
