This message has come up
"Not Enough Storage
this iPhone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available.you can mange your storage in settings "
and then i have the option to either click "close" or "settings" but the problem is, that this message has come up while the phone was locked and every time i try to Click close or settings neither of the buttons work, its like it has crashed or something and i have no idea what to do, i try ed turning it off but i couldn't because the message just stayed there and wouldn't let me shut down, i also try ed someone calling it and connecting it to iTunes on a computer but nothing has worked please help, its very annoying and nothing is working.
