My iPhone says I have 6GB of photos?
I m running extremely low on space on my iPhone, and it says that 6 whole GB are being used up by photos? I only have 500, so I know it s not those… What do I do to clear out whatever phantom photos there are without having to delete these 500 pictures I wanna keep?
And I ve already tried the "set the date back" trick. Only about 20 phantom photos appeared no matter what date I set it back to, and that didn t help at all. That s why I m asking here. And I also don t have iCloud, if that means anything.

Iphone camera/photo problem?
I recently bought a used iphone 5s from someone. The camera app opens fine except it just shows a black screen with the capture buttons at the bottom. And it shows a picture in the small picture gallery thing but when i click it, it says there arent any pictures. I checked the storage and it says theres about 1gb of photos/videos but they dont show up when i open the photo app! I just want to clear that extra space from the phone but idk what to do.

Iphone 5C mobile data issue?
Hi, this is my first post on here so i m sorry if I use it incorrectly. For the last 7 days my mobile data (or cellular data as it is otherwise called) on my Iphone 5C hasn t been working although it had been working perfectly for a year. I am running ios 9.0.2 and i ve been on this firmware for a while, when I turn on mobile data an "E" appears in the top left of my phone next to the carrier name but if I try to search something in safari it says "Data roaming is turned off. You can enable Data Roaming in the mobile data section of settings" if I turn on Data roaming and retry it says "Safari cannot open the page because you are not connected to the internet" also, if I go to Settings>Mobile data>voice and data it says "2G" if I try to enable 3G it won t let me select it, the blue tick just stays on the right side of the 2G option. Safari is turned on in the mobile data section. I have tried resetting network settings, restting all settings, phoning my carrier and they replaced the sim but it didn t solve the issue, turning on airplane mode, turning off SIM PIN and restarting device, I really don t want to update my device or restore it so I was just wondering if there are any other options I could try. Why doesn't my iPhone 6s Plus connect to the App Store?
After updating my software to iOS 9.3.1, I haven't been able to connect to the App Store. I already tried logging out and logging in my apple account but it still doesn't connect. Is there anything else I can do?

I don t think it s fair. We all spend so much on a new iphone and find out a new one s coming out next year… It just really annoys me!

Are you aware books may not be around anymore in our lifetime?
I mean books in the physical and tangible sense, made of paper. Of course books will stay, but they'll all become online.
Technology is advancing so quickly right now, that there are going to be so many changes to our world we cant yet comprehend. If people lived without iphones only 10 years ago, then in 10 years what would they be saying we were living without today? In some decade books will just stop being around. Everything is being digitised around the world. Libraries are using equipment to scan and process documents, books, articles, etc. In the thousands every day. Once everything gradually becomes online, and people begin to turn more and more to technology, new generations will become born into these circumstances and will view it as the norm. Physical books will become extinct. When you go into a library these days, the majority of people are using the technology section, and not much of the book section. This is what i have observed from many local libraries. Now this is of course a very small part of the picture. I am not arguing whther this is good nor bad. I am just putting this idea out there that i have briefly discussed with my teacher in my extension history class.

How to make use of Snapchat?
I prefer to use Snapchat on the iPhone. Snapchat is not available in the Finnish language. I can not use it in French in the United States. I'm horrible at the technology. I know basic skills in school, but I do not do well most of in my classes, except for those who teach the arts, but I'm not smart.
I can not use Snapchat in French when my iPhone is set in Finnish. I live in the American region, so nothing is available to me.
Added (1). The Americans say, "Get out of California and go to France or Canada, or just go back to Finland." But I love living in America.

Extension cord makes my charger hot?
Why does the indoor extension chord make my phone charger hot? It's an iPhone 6 charger. Whenever I have it plugged in the extension cord it gets hot to the point it's burning hot to the touch. I've tried changing chargers and extension chords but it still does this.

Added (1). I dropped my iPhone not too long ago and, as many people complain, I'm now having problems with it. It opens for the first split second with the normal colors, but then fades out to complete green and then the color goes black without dimming first (although it doesn't appear to be restarting). Additionally, there are white blocks on the upper part of the screen. I read one webpage that suggested tapping or slapping the back, I've tried it and it did get a little better.

Third party iPhone charger? How fast can it cause damage?
I have always known using third party no name iPhone chargers can wreck your iPhone and stop it from charging properly, so I avoided. But I plugged my iPhone into my friends charger which I realized after was not an apple charger, it was only plugged in for 5-10 minutes before I removed it- could it possibly have already done some damage to my phone? I can't tell if my phone is charging slower or if I'm worrying myself over nothing! Thank you!

Can t find my iPhone 5c on iTunes 12.3.3 on Windows 7?
I plug in my phone, it charges but cannot be discovered in iTunes In order to sync. I ve tried finding the device in device manager and it s nowhere to be seen. I ve recently upgraded my iTunes and Windows software from vista to 7 and 12.1.3 to 12.3.3 and this still doesn t work. Thought it could be the cable so I bought a new Apple official one and still no luck. Any ideas?

Iphone 5c that wont turn on?
I have my iphone 5c for about a year now and ive had the battery and the charging port replaced twice due to charging problems. It doesnt accept an apple charger anymore either. Lastnight it shut off at 30 percent and wont turn back on. I tried holding the home button, home button and power button, power buttton and the home,power and both volume buttons. I tried to hook it to my computer and start up through itunes. I left it on charge most of the night in hope it would turn on but it didnt. What can i do to fix this?

How to fix not being able install anything from app store?
When i attempt to install free apps from the app store it says that verification is required, its not the credit card because others in my family can install apps and purchase things. Also "none" is not an option in the payment methods either, i have tried creating a new accohnt and selecting none but it doesnt show there either. How do i fix this?

Why won't my iPhone 6 connect to iTunes?
I have just recently updated to the newest version of iTunes.
Before hand, my phone was connecting to the programme but now that I have updated, it won't do anything.
Can anyone help me please? I have tried everything!

My iPhone 6s won t let me download any apps. Wgenever I try, I click get, type in my password and then it does a loading circle. On the home screen the app square is just white with lines and says waiting… And after a while it says "unable to download app" I checked my storage and I have 2.5 GB left and for iCloud backup I have 1.4 GB. That s enough to get an app or more then 1. What do I do?

IPhone 6s - cannot hide keyboard to continue gameplay?
I downloaded the Criminal Case app and after the first case you have to create a profile and type in your name. But there s no option on my keyboard to be able to click okay to continue my gameplay so I m forever stuck on the screen. Can anyone help?

My iPhone 6's camera is malfunctioning?
I recently got my iPhone 6 fixed for a broken LCD. Everything's working well except for the camera.
1. Whenever I open it and it's on the 'photos,' 'square,' or 'panorama,' it only shows a black screen. I need to switch to 'slo-mo' and 'videos' where the image shows, then back to photos, for it to work.
2. When I use the front camera, it won't switch back to the rear, and vise versa, when I'm on these tabs.
3. It takes videos, but not photos. When I press the capture button, it only blinks but it really doesn't save. So I have no idea if it took the photo at all. It only takes a photo when I use the flash or burst. Or when I use messenger, snapchat, and instagram.
Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks in advance.

How to restart my iPhone without deleting everything?
I have an I phone 5c. I was on the internet and I accidentally clicked on this web site that said "webcam now installed into your device" or something close to that and I don t think that can really happen but just in case I closed the tab and held down the power button on my phone to restart it. Then about 6 hrs later I got a text with 3 random picture of like cartons or something. And just a minute ago my phone went black and Siri and vibrate was still working, and when I plugged my phone in it vibrated like usual. But the screen wasn t working at all. I kept holding down the buttons and eventually it turned back on. These could be huge coincidences, but I want to be sure there isn t a virus or anything wrong with my phone. How can I check for a virus or reset my phone, other than plugging it in and deleting everything? Thank you!

Can apple really take my iPhone away?
Long story short my husband bought a 340$ paperweight off of some shady people on offer up, when a Sim card is inserted it says no service. A nice guy at our carriers local store said to go to the apple store and get it exchanged for credit. Even better the phone is under warranty so we can exchange it. However we hit a bump when the apple "genius" said we can't exchange the phone right away because our particular phone got flagged to go to the "depot" they couldn't tell us why. At some point the guy said if they used 3rd party parts they're going to keep the phone and they do this as a deterrent. Can they really just take peoples property like that? There is confusion about this just because I asked again and he said something different, I couldn't get clear answers. At the least my spouse has learned a 340$ lesson in listening to one's gut, and at most it might work out and he gets a nice phone. I just can't believe that's legal.
