I plug in my phone, it charges but cannot be discovered in iTunes In order to sync. I ve tried finding the device in device manager and it s nowhere to be seen. I ve recently upgraded my iTunes and Windows software from vista to 7 and 12.1.3 to 12.3.3 and this still doesn t work. Thought it could be the cable so I bought a new Apple official one and still no luck. Any ideas?
