I dropped my iPhone 5s and its not cracked but half the screen has thick white lines through it and it is unresponsive, therefore i can't type my password into it. How do I reset it to remove passcode?

How to stop a payment on a stolen/lost iphone?

How do i cancel a contract so i can stop paying for the iphone when i lost it. What do I do? I tracked my lost iphone and it says its at someone's house but i put it in lost mode. Do i have to call my carrier to report it lost, Will they give me a brand new phone for free, or can i just cancel off the payment because I don't want to pay for a phone that I lost, and I know the police aren't going to do anything.

What is Other in IPhone storage?

My IPhone 6s is almost full, and when I look to see what is on it, it says over half is full of "Other." What is it? It's not apps or music or photos. I looked online and it said to clear internet browser history and that did nothing. Could it be one of my apps? I just want it gone.

Why is my Facebook logged into multiple devices?

I was just randomly checking my account settings and was looking at devices that are logged onto my Facebook and it shows multiple devices, all from iphone 7plus which is what I have. This might be a stupid question, but wouldn't it just say iphone 7plus once if my phone is the only one logged onto Facebook? On my account settings, it shows 5 other iPhone 7 plus logged into my messenger, one location says it was in San Francisco but I was no where near San Francisco (but I do live about 45 minutes away from SF). Does this mean someone else is using my Facebook? I'm just really confused.

How to get parents' trust and phone back?

I'm a freshman and in April I got my phone taken for numerous reasons. It's now December and I really want it back. Everytime i mention it they shut down the conversation and they are really strict. Now, I want a new iphone but in order for that to happen, I'm going to need to earn their trust and get my phone back. Keep in mind, I tried the whole do chores thing, and tried talking to them. I'm trying to avoid talking to someone but I'm curious as to if they will even bother to reach out to me while I'm not speaking to them. So if you have an iphone and block a person, do the messages that were sent to you while blocked come through once you unblock them?

Please allow 24 hours upon receipt of this notification to complete the unlock process?

I called AT&T to see if they could unlock my iPhone 6s and they told me they would send me an email with a code. I got the email 2 days later ( today ) however it said that I didn't need a code because the phone seemed to be unlocked already. Underneath that with the unlocking instructions it said the " allow 24 hours " message and I was just wondering if that meant that I had to follow and do the steps BEFORE the 24 hours passed or if it's AFTER the 24 hours have passed?

Shattered my iphone and now it won't turn on?

i got into an argument with my brother and he threw my phone, completely shattering the screen and lifting the camera and top speaker off of the base of the phone. Can this be fixed by a simple screen replacement? Is the LCD just loose, or is it worse?

Iphone 5s power button?

it responds to slightest touch, sometimes the phone spontaneously powers off due to it, if i just barely touch the button it turns the phone on / off. What the hell is this? And how do i solve it? The button is so sensitive i can't even put the phone on the table without anything happening. This pisses me off, how do i fix it?

How should I handle my 12year old daughter?

She wants the following for Christmas:
Michael kors purse and watch, a new Iphone, Victoria secret clothes, and a hollister $150 gift card. She is desperate to be popular and is trying out for cheer in April of 2018 but she can't do any flips, she can't jump, she has no friends at school, and she is not flexible. She is so desperate to be popular in school that she wants to copy the cheerleaders and she ditched her best friend who is on the cross country team to attempt to fit in and I really do not like her behavior. A year ago she wanted to be a softball player but she did not try out for the school team because it was not "cool enough." She is very good at softball and cross country. She also has been defiant at home by not doing her chores and she is failing pre algebra. Should I ground her?

Added (1). Sorry, I should of clarified this first. When I say 'buy from the apple store' I mean online. So the phone would get shipped to my house, would I be able to use it with my current sim for example straight out the box.

I think I might have been hacked

I have a iPhone 5 and I was on a sketchy website and it redirected my page to a Snapchat add and when trying to exit out of it I clicked a button and it redirect me to Snapchat. Long story short I deleted Snapchat cleared my tabs and turned off and back on my phone. It keeps downloading again by itself. I even disabled AppStore. I think I might have been hacked. What should I do?

This is absurd. She wants me to spend that kind of money when she has a 5year old brother who also wants $120 worth of toys and stuff. She wants me to spend over $1k on her. 403 error code on iphone?

I use the blogger app on my iphone… It has been easy so far… That's where I upload pics from.
A few days ago when I tried to upload pics, it gave me the following message: error: response status code was unacceptable: 403.
I can post text but not pictures. I'm very disappointed. Does anyone know how this issue can be solved ( using simple language and detailed step by step instructions). I couldn't find anything online that would have helped. Thanks.

Full storage on iPhone?

Apparently I have used up nearly all of my (pathetic) 12gb on my iPhone 5, which makes no sense to me since i have deleted nearly all my apps, have 40 pictures on my camera roll, and have deleted everything possible to free up more storage. How is this possible?
