My eyesight is getting worse and I don't know what to do!

I am losing my eyesight solely because of the mass amount of time I spend on my iphone/computer every day. I wake up: play apps, go on youtube, facebook (It's convenient because my charger is next to my bed)
I text throughout the day, and play apps a lot.
I come home from school and check facebook… etc etc
Before I sleep I watch Youtube for like an hour.
I know I'm like addicted or something and my eyesight used to be perfect. 20/20 from 1997 to 2011. This year I've been having trouble seeing the board, reading, even seeing faces from far away. This all happened very suddenly. And my eyes get extremely dry, when the air conditioner is on my eyes burn.
Is there anything I can do to help? I know I should spend less time on my iphone but I can't stop.

I don't want to wear glasses because I heard they just make your eyes worse over time.Is there ANYTHING that will help?

I feel like I'm falling into a trap?

I don't normally ask questions on this, but I don't really know who to ask.It's just I've been feeling kind of depressed. I have good friends, good family and a comfortable home. I am very grateful for all of this, but I just feel that my life is absolutely pointless. I've always believed that life is what you make of it. Since an early age, I felt I was destined for greatness. I don't know why I've had this thought, but I did. I'm on a false ego trip. (Yet as I write this, a small voice is telling me I'm not), but now this feeling is fading away. I accidentally locked my iphone?

Long story short. I bought an unlocked iPhone 3g from this guy on eBay. The other day when I was going through the settings, I accidentally locked it by doing the SIM Pin option on the phone setting. Now my phones keep asking me for a PUK code and my SIM Pin, which I thing I set. What do I do? I'm with Wal-Mart's family plan (T-Mobile).

I just got my I Phone 4S a few days ago, and it was perfectly normal, all the apps were working. So Im using an ASUS A42J laptop. And it's microphone is already busted. Whenever I use it, the people I talk to can't hear me. However, I have a headset, complete with earphones and a microphone.It's the one used for the iPhone, so it has no on/off switch whatsoever. How can I use the headset's mic as my default? Okay, there is this hot male cashier at the grocery store I regularly go; we exchanged smiles at each other several times by now. I smiled at him when I came in tonight but don't know if he smiled back because I looked away. I dropped my iPhone while shopping by accident and it remained unlocked. I looked for it for a while, was so worried, and then the hot guy I've been smiling to came to me and asked if it was my phone. I thanked him. But when I got home, I realize he called my dad and mom by going through my contact list (trust me, I know). Well, I had two contacts with not-so-flattering names that I hooked up with which were labeled as "Cock of Chicago" and "Big Cock of (my city)". I know he definitely saw those because those are listed before my dad's contact. When I realized this, I was and am soooooo embarrassed. Even worse, what if he went through my pictures (I have some dirty ones)?? He was still friendly with me when he handed me the phone and didn't seem freaked out… but I hate myself so much right now. What would you do? Never go back to that store ever again? Or ask him the next time I see him to not tell anyone what he saw (because I know lots of people who work there)? Or still go, don't say anything and just use another cashier from now on and ignore him? Pretty sure he thinks I'm a whore now.

Why doesn't my iphone 3 work anymore after ios update?

It recently showed on my iphone to update.So, I did and now my phone just flashes the apple sign every 5 seconds, then blank screen for 5 seconds and so on. I tried holding the reset for 10 seconds and no luck. I now have a feeling this update is for only the new iPhones. If that's the case, I really wish it didn't show up on my iphone 3. My Iphone 4 wont connect to my PC or my laptop :-?

I recently upgraded from the iphone 4 to the 5 and since then i cannot get my PC to even recognise that i have plugged my 4 in! I've tried using all 9 of my usb ports but nothing at all. All that happens is the apple logo comes up then 10 secs later goes off then a few secs later comes back on.It does this over and over again until i unplug it from the computer.It wasn't jail broken or anything. I've tried it on my laptop and my sisters laptop and it still does the same thing :-/ Any answers? Even if its broke i just want to know why?
Added (1). Should of said that i did try three different cables. Also when i plug it into the wall, it powers up and gives me the green battery bar and the time but when you open the phone it asks you to connect to itunes.

So here's what's happening, I have an HTC Rader as a phone, and I don't really like it, it's really glitchy, but it has Android which I like. I also have an old 3 gen 8 gig ipod touch that stops working every couple days as well and it doesn't hold all of my music. Our friends gave us a 16 gb iphone 4s for about $200, which isn't bad compared to the price of an ipod and a phone. I know this question has been asked a lot over the past few weeks, but I just can't decide and need opinions. I am an iPhone user I have the 4s and I like it it's easy to use and I've become very familiar with it.My husband has the galaxy s3 and I have played with it quite a lot and I reall like it, I have had a little play around with the iPhone 5 and I'm nor really impressed in saying that I've only played around for about an hour so it's difficult to comment! Iphone 4s is not showing me notifications!

For some reason my Iphone 4s is not showing me any notifications. I have all the notifications turned on but it wont show on my lock screen. For example.In order for me to see my mail, I have to click on my Mail app, and then it loads my emails. When i go on twitter, instagram, Facebook, etc. I have notifications there but my iphone doesn't let me know i had any. I tried everything, from deleting the app and re installing it, to resetting my iphone to its original settings, and nothing is working.

This was taken on my iphone, it's a screenshot of a place in a video that my friend took of me, and when we watched it, we saw a strange, unexplained object on my leg that looked like a hand and it really freaked us out! hahaha After we saw it, we tried to figure out what it was and we had no explanation. There were no windows that light could have come through and shined on my leg and there were no objects sitting near me that could have touched my leg.also you can clearly see that the "hand" is skin-colored and you can see the pinkie, middle, and index fingers! Plus in the actual video, you can see the "hand" disappear whenever i started to move and it was really scary! Neither me, nor my friend saw the object while we were taking the video, and I know that it was NOT there when i ran into the bathroom. When i showed the picture to my mom, she said that it looked like my arm when i was running in the room. I considered this, but there's no way my arm could reach that low on my leg and it also looks like the finger were wrapped around my leg, plus my arm, (not the one you see by my side in the picture) was on the top of the door because i was fixing to close it really fast because in the video, my friend was chasing me around. I also had my dad and sister look at it and they couldn't explain it, either. I was hoping that maybe someone on this site could look at it give me their opinions on whether or not it is something paranormal. Thank youuuu:)

I've Untethered Jailbroken 5.1.1 iPhone 4. I want to update to iOS 6.as it is jailbroken.do i need to restore and update it via the iTunes or directly from the iPhone (over-the-air technology)? My boyfriend wants to go to the mall on Friday and get our pictures taken in the little photo booth. I hate getting my picture taken because I'm so self conscious of what I look like. I don't think I'm ugly.just alright looking.

On my webcam I look OK, on my school Mac webcam you can see all my flaws (which isn't THAT bad) but emphasizes my bad features. On my Iphone I look a little better, more tanner but my face looks like a little greasy. What about photo booths? Thanks!

I'm kinda of lost right now of what to do with my life in general, I'm not getting paid very well in my job, so my boss invited me to go live in his house. Well my contract with sprint recently ended, and im looking for an upgrade. I currently have evo 4g, and I'm a fan of both android and apple, been having used both in the past.but i just cant decide!!! which is better? i love the iphone 5, but its lack of customization really irritates me. The evo 4g lte looks amazing! but seems to lack the soft/hard ware the other two posses.and the samsung galaxy s3 has amazing soft/hardware but its looks irritate me. Help anyone!!!

My e-mail doesn't work on iphone 4 [3g AT&T].?

Need help. One of my e-mail accounts stopped working (no receiving, no sending) on my iPhone 4 a couple of days ago. Other e-mail accounts (ex.gmail, yahoo) work just fine.It only doesn't work on AT&T 3G network, works fine on my home wi-fi. I guess there's something blocking access to that specific account, I have no problem accessing it from my Mac or other computer, it just doesn't work on iPhone 3G network specifically (while other accounts work just fine). Settings on that account were not changed.Is there anything I could do to fix the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just went and started an individual plan and got a new iphone 5, and they carried over my number from the virgin mobile prepaid i had before.my new iphone can make calls and send and recieve texts… but so can my old phone.and when i called my cell number using my house phone, my old phone rang, but my new iphone didnt.do i have to like cancel service or something? im confused about what to do, the guys at apple didnt mention anything about it.

What is a realistic weekly/monthly weight loss for me?

I am 16 years old, I weigh 294 lbs and am roughly 6"3'. Lately, I've been trying to become healthier by adopting a better diet and exercising more than usual. I have been using the iPhone App MyFitnessPal to count calories and track progress.

I couldn't help, but read online that every site says that a 1-2 lb weight loss is realistic. I am by no means looking for a quick and easy fix, but is it unrealistic for me to expect more from myself? Because I am a bigger guy, I think maybe 3-5 lbs is just an attainable. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Also, I would like to be down to 250lb by March, at least, because that's when I go to New York. That would mean 44 lbs would have to come off. If I consume roughly 2000 calories each day (2900 is suggested to maintain my size and weight) and walk with my dog 3-4 times a week, is that an achievable goal?

Ok, we'll my dad has a talk talk wireless router set into his computer for the whole house. Connected to it are my iPod, my iPad, my sisters iPod, my dads iPhone, my mums iPad and my sisters laptop.

Except, this morning my mums iPod would not connect to the router. I spent ages remixing things and finally turned both my iPod and iPad off.My mums iPad then connected. I got my iPad connected but my iPod wont anymore.

More info, my sister just got her iPod set up today. That is the only thing I can think of.Is my reasoning correct? There are too many things connected to it and if so, how do we fix it so we can get more as me and my mum are both getting iPhones for Christmas. They won't work…

When I open instagram on my iPhone 4s and take a picture within instagram, it will take it but then while i'm choosing effects the picture will change to like one frame after the actual picture i took. I have an iPhone 4 but I need to update the software on it but obviously I need to do that from iTunes.My problem is that the laptop I normally connect it to is all slow so it takes me like half an hour to switch it on.
