Why does my IPhone light up?

Around every 10-30 seconds my IPhone 4 automatically lights up (when in lock mode). I believe it is doing it whenever my 3G service (AT&T) changes its signal… i.e. goes from 4 bars to 3.but i am not sure if that's the problem.It is really killing my battery horrifically and i would really like help.Is there a setting to stop this or does anyone know how to solve it?

Is 1GB of data be enough for an iphone 5?

Tbh i have no clue what a gb is, but will 1gb be enough for an iphone 5? i'm a teenager so i will probably be on social media websites like twitter etc quiet alot and will take a fair amount of pictures and use a fair amount of apps.
I have wifi at home so i'll be connected to that whenever possible which will be most of the time, so will it still use up the data when im on the internet?

there MIGHT be a minimum $50 per month
its not possible to get the 43 dollar plan

which would you chose? Im a high school student, with a job but im saving for a car so i dont want to be spending a lot.

The iPhone 4S will cost more monthly. I don't care about Siri and right now I have a slow bb so a slow iPhone won't bug me. Here are the prices per month
iPhone 4 cost 49 per month
iPhone 4S is 57.30 per month
Is it worth paying extra per month and having to have it for another year?
The iPhone 5 would be 249 plus at least 99 and 57.30 per month which I do not want to pay. I also like the design of 4/4s better.

Do these solar panels/systems/devices exist?

I've been having electricity issues in my country lately due to overuse, So I was wondering, Since its sunny throughout the whole year why not use solar energy?
For a start I just want to buy/build a system that can be placed on the rooftop that would either be connected with a power cord to my room where I can charge my iPhone and Laptop or it would charge a battery and then use it to charge them.
In brief, I just want to know is it possible and where can I find those (online preferably) to be compatible with charging my iPhone and laptop.

Shoes: 2 pair flip flops, pair of sneakers

IPhone 4 or Samsung Galaxy Exhibit?

I currently have a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit and am possibly going to buy an iPhone 4 (NOT 4s) from a family friend for around 75 bucks. Will it be worth the money or is the phone I currently have better? It might be helpful to add that I do a lot of picture taking (especially concerts), Instagram, and watch videos and stuff like that, so I'm more looking at quality/performance in those areas.

Can i cancel a bid i did by mistake?

I just bid on an iphone case by mistake, i contacted the seller and he reply to me saying that if i give him a feedback of 5 stars that he could cancel it but i can't give feedback to someone that i haven't bought anything from, and he said that since i haven't bought anything from his shop that he doesn't need to cancel it.

Ok about a week ago i lost my Htc One S from t-mobile. I have insurance on it and will cost $175 to get it replaced and it comes with next day delivery. So today I went to discount tire and I told the guy I WANT 195/65/15. I even showed him all the info from my iphone about this tire, it costs about 103$ each, but He told me Hey! I found a better deal for you its 99$! I was like oh great. Then when I got home I checked it IS NOT F ING 195/65/15 its 195/60/15 OMFG!!! Then I checked yes 99$ was for 195/60/15 and 103$ was for 195/65/15 so the guy DOES NOT NO S H I T.so now Im worried the differences between these two! I started my job a couple weeks ago and this girl started working the same time. We work different departments so we only see each other a little bit. One night we got off the same time and we ended up just talking for about 30 minutes. She wanted to show me her speakers in her car so we were sitting listening to music. So stressed out and depressed?

With my health conditions I don't need this.My parents constantly fight like to kids cause my dads always on his ipad or iphone which he never spends quality time with us. I can't even have a conversation with him unless I say did you hear me 5 times cause he's stuck on his cell phone. The man is 54 years old and plays on a cell phone like a teen.It makes me hurt, stressed & depressed. Even thought about running away and never coming back but I don't have any place to go. I'm 32 on disability and don't have much. I tried seeing a Psychiatrist, but none around my area will accept my medicaid. I feel like punching walls just going off and blowing up sometimes. I tried talking to him but seems he only cares about who ever he talks to on his phone or whatever.

My iPhone 4s won't turn on or restore! HELP!

Ok.So like an idiot I jail broke my phone! Just recently it turned on and turned back. Then it would stay on for about 5 minutes then shut back off and repeat. Now it won't even turn on.So I tried to restore my phone by connecting it to itunes, but still kept turning on and off.So then, I tried holding the power/sleep button and the home button; putting it in restore mode, but gives me an error message. I also tried doing that DFU mode or whatever, but it either isn't working or I'm doing it wrong. Either way I still need help. I'm freaking desperate and need to get my phone working ASAP!

How to turn on iPhone 4 with broken lock button?

My lock button has been broken for months, my front screen is cracked a little, and the back screen is totally cracked, but I've never really had a problem with it. Today I dropped my phone once, and it was fine, then I accidentally dropped it again because I'm really clumsy with it, if you haven't noticed already. The second time I dropped it, it turned off and I can't seem to turn it back on. The battery was fine, but I plugged it in and nothing.It's now plugged in to the computer and it's not responding. Why Am I Not Being Appreciated?

I am a student that receives perfect grades, all A's and has no behaviour problems at school. I am almost Eagle Scout and that is very good for my age. Also, I was on my school team last year for soccer and the year before that. Plus, the biggest point, I made it into one of the best schools in the country (high schools) and everyone doubted me, but I made it in, and yet my parents still show little appreciation. A little background information, the school is ranked 16th in the country.My friends all said that if they made it in, their parents promised to buy them an iPhone and stuff like that, but my parents still seem angry. I have a sister that is a year older than me that did not make it into the school last year, and gets C's and B's in Honors classes in just regular high school right now. She does not excel in any extracurricular activities and her only social life is youth group (I also go to youth group, but at a different church).My weight is not a problem, I am 5' 6'' and 100 lbs, but my sister is pretty heavy at 5' 2" and 140 lbs.In my head, it doesn't make sense. Why does she get the same amount of appreciation if not more, when I have worked my butt of trying to impress my parents and set myself to make it into a good college? How do I get my parents to show some appreciation to me and maybe convince them to get me something like an iPhone. We are not that bad off in money (I'm pretty sure because my parents drive a BMW and a Tahoe), so that is probably not a reason they are not appreciating me in gifts or kind comments or acts. Please answer this question because I do not understand why they wouldn't be ecstatic and proud because of their son.

Long story short a guy took my phone from my friend and was playing around with it. Just when he was returning it by putting it in my hood, I turned around and the phone dropped and the screen cracked.

I checked that, yes, my phone is under warranty but I was just wondering if Apple covered a cracked screen. If not, what are my options of repairing it? What will the costs be for the options? P. S. the cost will be split among the guys because no way am I paying for it…

I've had an iTunes account for a few years now and have built up a large library of music.My husband has just bought an iPhone and would like to put some of my songs on there as it seems silly to buy them twice. After all, if I had bought them all on cd I would just lend them to him anyway as my stuff is basically his stuff.

As you all know Ilya Kovalchuck was injured against the panthers yesterday (I think). I went to update my iPhone, and something went wrong.My phone now said plug into itunes, and restore it. Will restoring it delete every single thing I had? I had a few pictures backed up on my computer, but there were many pictures I had taken today that were not able to be synced to my computer since I updated right away. I'm concerned about photos and music :(

IPhone 3G Error 1604 to 1015 Fix?

This is a hell of a story, here goes…

Last Monday I ordered an iPhone 3G from a trusted seller on eBay. I received it in the mail last night, and was very excited about it because it was the most high-tech phone I had ever owned (despite the fact that it is 4 years old.) After playing around with it a little bit I noticed that the latest firmware update was 4.2.1, too obsolete to use any apps on. I then booted up my laptop and found a way to upgrade it to iOS 6 using a custom ROM. That program happened to be whited00r, which had been reviewed as a great program. I downloaded Normal Mode because the phone was factory unlocked, and used the shift key and everything to restore the phone to whited00r. The device went into preparation for a few minutes, and then iTunes gave me an error 1604. The device reloaded perfectly fine but not in whited00r 6, it was still in 4.2.1. Unsure of it was just a small malfunction or not, I restarted the device. That happened to be the biggest mistake I had made so far.It turned on into the infamous recovery mode screen with the USB and iTunes logo. I sort of panicked, thinking that I had just ruined my new phone, so I rebooted it again. This time it loaded with a slide to unlock bar cycling through different languages. When you slide, it gives you an emergency call option and nothing else. When trying to restore it with the Original 4.2.1 firmware, I get message from apple saying:

"We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time.

Please try again later, or contact customer care."

Yeah, thanks for the sincerity, Apple…

So I got back on the laptop and search ways to fix the 1604/1015 error. I found two programs to help me out with saving my iPhone: Tinyumbrella and iReb.iReb did absolutely nothing, but Tinyumbrella sort of worked (?). When I loaded it as administrator, on the lift there was no recovery device.So if I figure out how to get the recovery device on Tinyumbrella I might be able to fix it. Yahoo is my last resort, I fell like giving up right now.

If I sync JUST music to iPhone on a new computer - do I lose everything?

Hi, my computer is broken and in for repair but I want new music on my iPhone. If I plug my iPhone into my laptop (after unticking 'allow devices to auto-sync') and ONLY sync music… Will I lose everything on my phone or will my music just change?

It suggests in a warning I can only sync to one computer and I'd lose everything - but I don't know if this 'everything' is actually everything - like my pictures - or just all my current music - which would be fine.

Ok so recently I've been waking from nightmares at 03:33am every single night for the past week.it is so weird since its exactly the same minute and sec!!! Iphone 4s still works but black screen?

My Iphone 4s somehow is not working properly. I know it still works because when I plug it in the computer everything is still works fine like how it use to, but the phone itself is just a black screen. I turn it on and off and the logo comes on and i can hear it unlock and lock when i unlock and lock it (with the black screen, I just approximate where the slide to unlock is), I hear notifications and all but its still just a black screen, I can't see anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I saw online some people had this issue before but I couldn't find any solid solution, I've placed it in uncooked rice, sunlight, used the hair dryer on low for a few minutes, still the same…

I recently got the iphone 4 and the phone is prepaid so i can only use 250 mb ..i try to use it on wifi most of the time and it works. Buying an iphone 4 with a Verizon contract?

My friend told me that he signed a two year contract with Verizon wireless and his iphone 4 was free.

Can i go into a Verizon store and sign a contract and get an iphone 4 for free? I'm 19 and i don't have good or bad credit (i don't think i have any credit), would i seriously have to pay almost $500 for some deposit fee? Its not like i have bad credit at all, and i would have no problem with paying the bill every month. I just think it would be difficult to pay $500 all at once.

So can i just walk into verizon, sign a 2yr contract, get a free iPhone 4, and pay my first months bill in a couple weeks?

Because on the verizon website it's not working.It says it's completed when it's really not and I still get the texts.

Should I exchange my iPhone 5 AGAIN?

So the other night, I discovered a nice chip on the edge of the screen on my newly opened iPhone 5. I brought it back to Walmart where I bought it since they said I had 14 days to return the phone for any reason. They were very good about letting me exchange it for a new one (even though the chip was minor). I got my new iPhone 5 and the second one ALSO has a chip. Would it even be worth bringing it back again? I really don't want to keep wasting my time if it's just going to be the same story with the next one. Should I get white instead? They said I have two more exchanges left.

What would be a good selling price for a used iPhone 5?

I'm selling my 64GB iPhone 5 that is Factory Unlocked, I just plan on selling the phone by it self, no charger etc. The phone was replaced for a brand new one at the Apple Store, not refurbished.
