Slow downloading speed on IPhone?
I just did a speed test on my home wifi and the results showed 35 Mbps but when I download movies on my 5s iOS 8, it shows 188kbps. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks In advance.

Iphone turned off and can't turn it back on?!
My iphone 4s has been working perfectly however it has just turned off and will not turn back on:( I can't hold down the home and power button together because the power button is broken and I have been using assistive touch:/ What do I do?! I've tried plugging it into the wall and charging it and plugging it into my laptop!

Is it possible to recover photos from an IPhone 5 that won t power on?
My dad took my boyfriend out shark fishing yesterday and when they were took a bunch of photos. When they were done they put the boat back in the trailer and he took a step into the river with his IPhone 5 in his pocket. It got submerged and shut itself off. They immediately put it into a bag of rice but it still hasn t been able to turn on. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to fix it or is there a way we can at least save his photos even though the device can t power on?

So my friend is selling me a Iphone 5. Not a 5c or 5s.Basically Iphone 5 is the same as 5c.Anyways he selling it to me for a good affordable price and its in very good condition. If I have an iPhone 5c, and my upgrade is in August, can I wait till September to get the iPhone 6s?
It hasn't been confirmed yet if the 6s will be out in September but if it does or even if it comes out in October, will I be able to upgrade to the newest one?
Or will I only be able to upgrade to the iPhone 6?
I wouldn't mind the 6 but the 6s will have a way better quality in picture and I love to take picture of my daughter.

Iphone 4 upgrading from IOS 6.1.3 to IOS 7.1.2, is it worth it?
My mom got an old Iphone 4(24GB) which she's been using for like years~ Currently the iphone version of hers is 6.1.3 and I wanted to upgrade her phone to 7.1.2 because some of the apps and features are not available in the current version.

Is it worth it to upgrade? Will it be laggy or buggy than current version?

I saw some forums they metnion about SHSH Blops, whats that? They said we should backup that so If you doesn't like the new version, you can revert it back to the old version. Then again, should I backup the data before downgrading?

Added (1). I just bought a sealed iPhone from Amazon and when I typed the imei online to see if it is unlocked, it said that the serial number is invalid. When I typed it on Apple's website, it said Please activate your iPhone:
"We are unable to display coverage details because your iPhone has not been activated.
Please contact your iPhone retailer or wireless carrier to activate your iPhone"
Is this because the phone is new and sealed and it needs to be activated when I turn it on for the first time?

How to preserve battery life 168 hours?
I'm going camping in the woods for a week. I will not be using my wifi/4g data/apps or anything else on my phone. There are also no charging stations available at the camp. Although I do need my cellphone by Friday to call someone. Currently I have a 4S iPhone. Any tips? Or any experiences with out charging your phone for a week?

Will the prices of iPhone 5s fall in the coming months, or will it get discontinued?
I love the 5s much more than the 6 or 6 plus, and I'm gonna buy it. Problem is, the next iPhone will soon get released, and if the 5s will get discontinued after that, I will buy it now. On the other hand, if it is not discontinued, it's prices will fall drastically here in India. So I'll look like a fool buying it for double the price when soon it may get slashed to half. So should I buy it now, or should I wait? Or is september too far away? (I'm itching to buy it ASAP)

Best smartwatch that works with iPhones?
I know that the Apple Watch is the number one answer but I was wondering if there s any cheaper watches, preferably under $50 that are compatible with the iPhone functions. I understand that as long as you have a Bluetooth phone, all of the watches will pair but you won t be able to send and receive texts and some other things. Most of the watches I keep seeing work better with android.
Here is the watch that I have had my eyes on, since it is simple & cheap. But not all of the functions work with an iPhone.

This summer, I'm going on holiday and in my iPhone 6 I'm going to put a new SIM card in for the country I'm going to however I haven't backed up my phone for ages because I don't have enough storage so when I put the new foreign sim in my phone will I loose all my apps and photos?

Iphone 6+ won't focus when taking photos?
Hi! So I got my iPhone 6+ on Christmas Day and around February time the camera completely stopped focussing. I've tapped on the screen before taking photos, reset it (turning it off and on again because I don't want to erase anything on here) I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. The camera only seems to focus when I take a photo that's at an exact distance (around 30cm away from the camera) everything else appears blurred. When I take photos everything is unfocused and blurry which bothers me because I had the phone for like two months before the focus stopped working. I smashed it about a month ago so if I take it back to Apple they won't serve me because they'll blame it on the smash. What can I do?

I have a bit of a funny situation?
Somebody who I am attracted to but who told me no to dating has been reading my online blog. I recently had a very public fight with another woman who also likes him but he has also said no to her too.
She made up lies and accusations and he wrote me a few 'anonymous' comments telling me to stay strong because I am a kinder and better person than her.
I have a stat report connected to my blog so I can tell when he logs on (I can see all of my visitors that log on including the other woman) and I wrote him a reply (on my blog) thanking 'him' for his support but he keeps replying that it is not him but a woman who can relate to what I was going through.
I can see when he swops his Iphone for his Hudl to reply to me so I know when he has left me a message. Why is he so insistent that I should now know who he is?

Why are people so obsessed with apple?
I do not have an iphone, but one day I took my phone out and my friend was like "Which iphone is that?". When I told her it was not an iphone but another smartphone brand she was like "Well is it a smartphone?", and she looks at it and is like "Does it have apps?". LOL. She assumes that because it is not apple, it must not have apps?
Why do people assume that apple makes everything and that everything apple does is perfect?
Another person I know says she likes iphones the best, even though she has never once used another brand. She was like "Yeah I know, but apple is just… Better"
Every wealthy person I know (whether in my family or celebrities) all use iphones, even though driods are much more advanced.
Same with computers as well, people are obsessed with macs even though they are very overpriced.
Added (1). In addition the technology news media is VERY biased towards apple. Every review always gets a perfect score and rave reviews.
Added (2). People look down on other brands that are not apple. People make it seem like if you do not have apple, you must be poor.

My iPhone 5c is constantly glitching?!
My iPhone 5c is constantly glitching. It all started when I smashed my phone and when I took it to Apple and they said they repaired the screen and the glitch, but unfortunately the glitch was still there. I just recently paid for a screen change in hope of it fixing the glitch, but it still hasn't gone!
The glitch consists of:
Not letting me unlock screen/enter code
Going into apps by itself (playing music etc)
Typing and calling by itself
Freezing
And not letting me type (deleting/changing words)
