I think I have Verizon or AT&T but I really say Verizon my parents got this plan and have like 3 phones they got me a new iPhone latest one).Im logged into iCloud my credit card info is not even up to date however I can still purchase 2$ apps where is this going on my moms plan. Maybe (data)?
