When I connect my laptop to network via wifi it resets modem as if I was just turn it on. I have spoken to tech support they seem to think there is a problem with my wireless modem but it connects fine and doesn't drop out with iPhones smart tv etc so I can't see how it could be a wireless problem. When I connect laptop direct to Ethernet it doesn't drop out. Could there be a problem with wifi in the laptop?
