About 2 weeks ago my husband lost his phone. He called Sprint and Apple and despite having service contracts they obviously can't do anything if it's lost/stolen (we had the apple care.)
I feel really bad for him because I know how upset he is, they're obviously nice (and expensive) phones and we didn't just want to drop about $500+ at Sprint or Apple for a new one (and we're less than a year into our contract.)
He won't care if it's refurbished or used, just as long as he can have the convenience of having an iPhone again.
Any (real/applicable) answers would be appreciated! =)
