Was listening to iheart radio from my ihome when music randomly stopped now nothing has volume, vibrate button is off when I go to which videos the volume bar isn't even there to turn it up or down. When I press the side volume button it says ringer speaker icon is full but no matter if I press it up or down it doesn't move, what could be the problem ?
