IPhone 4S, coloured vertical lines, black patches, permanently inverted colours?

I looked at my iPhone 4S screen and the colours seemed inverted, the phone is damaged but after searching this subject i noticed this has happened to peoples phones when they're not damaged. The bottom part of the screen is lagged and quite trippy, the side of the screen is black with vertical coloured lines, and the rest just looks inverted. Is there anyway to fix this? I've had this phone 18 months now and the screen has been previously replaced. Any ideas?
