Cannot get a screw out my iPhone 4s?

I'm trying to replace the screen on my iPhone, but I can't get this screw out, I've tried all my screwdrivers and flatheads etc. It's just not working how can I get it out? Cannot get a screw out my iPhone 4s - 1
