I have been insured with Helpucover gadget insurance since February 2013, and I'm needing to make a claim. Unfortunately the claims dept is shut till Monday. The question I want to know is; how will Helpucover pay me? I have an iPhone 5 with a cracked screen and a broken LCD. And I'm wondering will they send me a cheque in the post for £216.44 addressed to me so I can get it fixed whenever, or will they send the cheque to Apple and pay for the repair directly? Or do I get to Choose? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
