Ringtone playing randomly on iPhone?

Ok so six months ago I bought an iPhone 4S and I updated it to iOS 6 and the ringtone plays randomly whenever it feels like it? What's wrong with it?

Dropped my iphone in water but logo still shows up?

So I dropped my iphone in water a couple days ago. I know that rice would help it dry out, but I am in college without a car and have no way of getting rice so I just tried to let it be and hopefully it would dry out itself.So today I tried turning it on and it didn't work, so I plugged it into the charger and it still didn't turn on but the apple logo shows up. Does that mean it is not completely gone and that there is still hope? My poor phone :(

I've already tried restoring it with Itunes. And I tried the thing where you hold the power button and home button at the same time thingy. I've also have tried downloading programs to do it (iREB, RecBoot, and blackra1n). None of these methods have worked. I'm unsure what to do and I can't afford to replace it. Any suggestions?

I'm at a wedding, what should I do instead of being antisocial?

So this is legit happening as I'm typing. I'm 16 years old at a dinner for a wedding of my cousin who I never talk to and everyone here is an adult and barely/doesn't know me. There's no food as of now, just alcohol, and since (no exaggeration) every single person is over 21, they're all drinking and waiting in line to get a drink.My parents included.So right now I'm sitting alone typing this on my iPhone because I don't know what else to do. I know I'm being antisocial, but there's nothing else for me to do! Or is there? Please help
