My iPhone 5s screen is weird?

This only happened 2 days ago. As you can see, there are lines going through the screen and the colour looks weird. The worst part is that my phone only works for a few seconds and then it freezes. The only way to unfreeze it is to unlock it and it affects my apps and won't let me use it properly. It is only 2 months old, so this is ridiculous. Is there anyway I can get this fixed or if this happened to someone can you help me? Thanks.
