ATT next trade-in condition?
Added (1). I am on AT&T Next and wanted to upgrade from my iPhone 5c. My 5c was broken, and I paid $99 to replace it, in order to upgrade. AT&T told me that if I did this, I could pay off my remaining balance and get my new phone. When I took my insurance phone in to upgrade, they told me I would have to wait a month to get a new one. Over the past month, I got a small dent in the top of the top of my phone. Will they still accept it for upgrade? The dent is very small, otherwise the phone is perfect.
