I haven't been able to use my cell data for awhile now. I was hoping the update to iOS 11 today would fix the issue, but it hasn't. I tried the reset' solution the iPhone forums suggest but that doesn't work. I really don't think my service provider is the problem. I checked and I still have plenty of data to use.
