I have a hp laptop with windows 10 and my iphone will not sync to itunes, all the software on all devices is up to date. I believe it's a driver issue but the "going to device manager and updating the driver" manually trick doesn't work for me because it tells me the driver isn't compatible with my device and should be designed for x64 based systems even though the driver has 64 in it's name! I don't know where else to turn and desperately could use help, i'm not sure what else i can do and it's very frustrating!
