Which iPhone model should I get?

Okay so, I have Virgin Mobile and for Christmas I'm trying to decide if I want an iPhone 4 or 4s.My parents said I had to put up some money for it because the 4 is 350 and the 4s is 450. I don't know which to choose because the 4 only comes in an 8GB model.. . I already have my iPod filled with 3+ GB of stuff that I'm going to be transferring to my new phone. If I get a 4s it only comes in an 16 GB model which seems like it would be enough. I was wondering anyone's input of which one I should ask for and what I could store on a 4 and 4s (pictures, music, apps, etc.) On my current 32 GB I have 450 pictures, 100 songs, and about 20 apps and it runs very fluid. I don't want to have to battle with having it but too cluttered and not being able to download things! Thanks!
Added (1). Everything is already backed up to my computer but I would have to put them all on my phone because I like the idea of having all my photos at my fingertips!

I forgot my restrictions s passcode on my iPhone. Help! Please!

I forgot my restrictions passcode on my iPhone 5 and now I can't acces my restrictions. I tried restoring it then backing it up but the code comes back! I called apple and they were no help. Does anyone have any solutions that aren't restore it and buying all of my apps and music all over again? Please help!!! P. S. I don't have a backup file where the code isn't there.

What is so special about the new windows 8 tablet?

I've been thinking about getting a windows 8 tablet! I have never bought a tablet before! I do not want to buy something that i am not going to use to its fullest! for EX: i have a normal touch screen phone rather than an iphone because i know that i just need the phone to talk and text! I just need a tablet for school work! what are some main differences between this and other tablets.and if this is not the right tablet for me what would be some?

I found the TouchCopy demo but of course I have to buy the full version to save messages to it.My laptop is not healthy enough to save them to my computer so I need an app or something to save my messages to. Please help! I want to save my old messages cause we switched service providers so I'm trying to clear out my phone since I have 2 phones right now…
