IPhone 4S will not send or receive texts?

I have been having problems with my iPhone 4S receiving or sending texts and iMessages for a while now. It will not send or receive to/from any contact, not just some.

Previously, I have restored the phone as new using iTunes and this has worked.

Earlier tonight my phone stopped sending and receiving texts again and I restored it like previously. It worked fine for a couple of hours, but now it has stopped working again.

Does anyone know how to solve this? It's so frustrating.

Iphone wont connect to computer only charges iphone?

i connect my iphone to my computer using a usb cord but it only says charging. It doesnt show up in my folder.

I am moving to South Africa, what is it like?

So basically I'm moving to South Africa in July, and I don't really know much about it… I'm 14 and I live in the US (New York.) Neither of my parents are South African, I'm half Italian and German, we're moving to South Africa because my mom's job got transferred. So-I have some questions:

1. Is it really racist there? One of my best friends is black and like she might visit me or something and I wouldn't want her to feel totally uncomfortable. I know apartheid only ended there in like the 90s, and also my mom said the town we're living in is mostly white, so will everyone be really racist? I'm white btw.

2. Does everyone speak English? This is the one I'm most scared about bc my mom said she knows my school is taught in English, but she doesn't know if all the kids will speak to each other (or me) in English. Do South Africans like speaking English or do most of them speak Afrikaans to each other? Again most of my school is apparently white so idk if that makes a difference.

3. Do they have all the same stuff? Like technology-wise, will I get to keep my iPhone and MacBook? Will most kids my age have that stuff?

4. Is school easier, harder, etc?

5. Is it safe? When I go into the city here I never feel unsafe (NYC btw) but I heard South Africa is so dangerous. My parents are getting a security system and a gate.

6. Do the kids like the same stuff as me in like music and everything?

7. Will they hate me bc I'm American and my accent and all?

My iPhone 4 camera sometimes works?

My iphone 4 got water into it but I kept it in rice overnight and it worked fine. The only thing that didn't work was the camera and flashlight. It's been like this for about 2 months. Two days ago I opened snapchat and my camera started to work as well as the flashlight. Yesterday I was face timing and the camera wouldn't work but the flashlight still does. What's going on? Could I get my camera back? Help?

Are all Verizon iPhone 5s' factory unlocked?

I currently have an iPhone 5s for Verizon. I no longer have Verizon's service. I am now using Metropcs on an iPhone 5c that was given to me. I was searching on how to unlock my verizon iPhone 5s and found several sources that said all LTE capable verizon phone already come factory unlocked due to FCC regulations. I tried popping my metro sim in but it still said no service. I thought it was as simple as putting another carrier sim in? Do I maybe have to go to metro and have them add the IMEI number for it to work? Or is it false info about all Verizon iPhone 5S' being factory unlocked?

Why does my iphone use so much data? - 1

I got the phone two days ago and get 500mb of data a month. Like have already used 400 and was wondering how and why it is doing it. I use a lot of social media and facetimed once the day I got it for 10 minutes. I went into O2 and they told me it was because of an update but it is still using a lot of data. I was wondering if there is a way to stop this

IPhone 5C owners, how's the iPhone so far?

I'm planning to buy the 5C by the end of May and I just want to know how the iPhone's going. I won't go for the iPhone 6 because of the rumored bigger screen. (not a fan of big screens). I also won't go for the 5S because I gotta' save money for a present to my girlfriend. Haha
