so im connected right now to my neighbor wifi using my iphone 4 running on iOS 7.1 (not jailbroken) (please dont say that is illegal because i know and im ready to suffer it's consequence) and i do not know if its limited or unlimited so is there any way to find out just by using my cellphone. I dont want to connect via laptop because he might know that im connected to his router… I need to know if its limited or unlimited because i want to download a 700MB game off the app store
