How to restore all my photos that were in photo vault app?

I accidentally deleted my photo vault app one night while trying to make space on my phone.

Last time I did that I just re downloaded it from iTunes and it came back with all the photos… Except this time it didn't. It promoted me to start a new photo vault and now all of my photos are gone!

My last backup on my computer from my phone has photo vault on it. But I don't want to restore my phone only to find that it won't make a difference.

I've tried contacting photo vault people 5 times with no reply. So I'm looking for any kind of help on here:( please help me.
