Is something wrong with google on the iphone 6?

hi, is something wrong with the company Google who manages youtube. Because i'm trying to open youtube app on my iphone 6 and it just keeps loading and loading. It doesn't open the home oage. This morning my mail wasn't updating so i deleted my gmail account from my phone. I'm trying to put it back and i'm trying to login and it will keep on loading and it won't do anything. Right now i just installed the gmail app on my phone, and it won't open after me signing in. It just has a loading bubble. I know a couple other people having this problem. How can i fix this?
Added (1). i just found it that it works on LTE but not wifi. Why?
