I am fairly savvy at editing, (i think lol) I am just drowning in a pool of apps in the App Store, and I don't know which ones would work well… I am also looking for an app that will turn video or picture into cartoon (nice cartoon, vivid colors and nice filters, that do not leave the video looking like a "sketchy" or "grungy". Any help is greatly appreciated!
