-water damage repair did not fix it (waste of 50$)
- Charger replacement didn't fix it,
- hard reset didnt work
- cleaning out the drives and re connecting wires didnt' work

it was a new phone and it fell down a flight of stairs and man iphones just break at the drop of a hat.
