Hey, I locked out my old iPhone because I forgot my pass code. I m trying to factory reset it, so I connected to iTunes and got to the step where I clicked to "restore iPhone" then it popped up the next window and i clicked "restore and update." but then after a few minutes it tells me to allow access by clicking it on my iPhone. I m locked out of my iPhone, which is why I am resetting it. How do I get past this step?
