Can i run different versions of the same program on the same computer? Regarding itunes 10 and 12?

Hello, i have used itunes as my default audio player on windows 7 for a long time however i only enjoy itunes version 10.7 wich is the last version to have the album cover view that you can flick, and being a android user i dont need the latest versions of itunes 12 to sync with my phone, however my cousin who uses my computer has the iphone 4 and needs the latest version of itunes 12 to be able to sync is there any possibility to have both version of itunes on the same computer as for example in diferent windows users,
any way of doing so is greatly apreciated thank you in advance
