My Windows 7 laptop all of a sudden today keeps scrolling to the bottom of the screen. For example when I try to scroll up to the top of a webpage the page it keeps going down and no matter how many times I try to click to the bottom it keeps going back down again. What should I do? This is really pissing me off. I'm asking this question on my IPhone that's how bad it is.
