My friend restored his iPhone, when it turned on it asks for ID and password. He forgot both the ID and Password. (no point of resetting the credentials)
He has the bill of purchase and the box, so would Apple Center unlock his device?
(I read on internet that they won't unlock the device even if we have bill of purchase as a proof, Is this true? )
