Ok, so right now, my Iphone is being a real pain. So it's got a black screen with like a white "timer circle" that keeps spinning over and over again and it hasn't stopped doing this for like the past 4 hours. I've tried holding down those two buttons at the same time that people say to hold down--but nothing--the circle just keeps spinning. So I just want to know--how would you be able to fix this problem without having to hold down those 2 buttons at the same time? Thanks guys.
