Hello. I don't know practically anything about phones or storage. But I get a text every few months saying "you have used all of the 1GB high speed data in your T-mobile data plan. You will experience slow speeds until…" whenever I get those messages my phone is extremely slow and I can't load most websites. Can someone explain what this means, what having 1GB means and how do I avoid using it all up?
